Food was excellent! We had the filet which was fantastic as well as the salmon. The filet was perfectly cooked and the mashed... potatoes was very good as well. The salmon was cooked great and the rice was perfect. The dessert wasn't as good though. Idon't recommend the tiramisu. It was bland . Fyi: the server was eating a bag of potato chips while we were eating. Not veryprofessional. Overall the place was good though and I would recommend it! Read more

YUMMY!! CLASSY!! I would have shared images of my cheese curd appetizer and dessert with churros, but the hand to the mouth was... quicker than to my camera. To say the food was wonderful is an understatement. Fresh, local ingredients, a chef & team withskills, and servers with kind smiles and knowledge of the menu made this a wonderful experience. Came here on a Tuesday evening, and it was pretty busy. While I didn't have to wait to be seated, I would recommend playing it... safe with a reservation. Daniel was an amazing server, fast and super friendly, and well-versed on the menu. He was able tomake spot-on recommendations. Started with the poutine. The addition of giardiniera was nice. A little acid to cut throughall the fatty cheese and gravy should be standard. Canada, take note! Also tried out the fish and chips, which was prettydecent. Nothing too fancy, just standard beer battered cod, deep fried. The smoked chipotle tartar was an interesting idea,worth trying, but I think I would have preferred traditional tartar. The shaved pork belly tacos were simply brilliant! Servedwith shaved cabbage and onions, grilled pineapple, salsa roja, queso fresco, and cilantro. We stopped by for dinner at the food truck. We had the absolute best food we’ve had in awhile. The cheese curds were THE BEST... I’VE EVER HAD! I come through this area fairly regularly and thought it was time to review this spot. On my travels I have had many less than... optimal restaurant experiences, and it has gotten to the point where Texas Roadhouse is my go to in many towns. That is not thecase here. The food here is good quality with large portions and some of the items on the menu, namely the short rib isexceptional. I also had a really good Shrimp dish and my dining companion had a Halibut she said was cooked perfectly. There isample bar seating in the front and back of the restaurant and you can usually find a seat there even without a reservation,although I would advise getting one. They have a nice cocktail program and the bar staff is top notch. The street out front hasseemingly been under construction for years, however there is plenty of free parking in the lot across the street. Am lookingforward to my next trip to Indiana. Read more
