Came here for lunch on a weekday. It was pretty empty. Got seated almost immediately. I don't know if their AC was out or... they were just trying to save money on the power bill, but boy was it hot in there. I felt bad for the people working in there. If I can start sweating just from sitting there, I can't even imagine how miserable it would be to actually work there. Butthe server was handling it like a champ! The food was just ok. First time customers. Went with my husband and mother in law. We were the first customers for lunch. I ordered the pick 2, which... was your choice of 2 meats and 2 sides and a slice of garlic bread- i ordered the chicken breast, beef brisket, cole slaw, andbaked beans. My baked beans tasted like they had a bbq base to them, they were delicious. The cole slaw had a good flavor toit.. My husband ordered a hamburger, which was a hamburger patty, pulled pork, your choice of sauces, choice of toppings (whichhis was pickles and onion straws), then he added a side of beef brisket and it came with a side- he ordered the green beancasserole. He didn't care for the green bean casserole but he loved his burger. My mother in law had a pulled pork sandwich anda side which her was a baked potato with sour cream and butter. She said both were good. Their menu is massive, so it took us aminute to figure out what we wanted. Food was great quality. I thought the portion sizes were fine with the quality and price.Waitress was courteous and professional. I had signed up for their rewards program prior to going there, so she explained therewards program to me. Sign up for the rewards if you plan on going more than once.
