I was literally I'm the drive thru for 40 minutes. The parking lot was so tight I couldn't get out of line if I had wanted to.... Even after I got my food it took another 10 minutes to leave parking lot. Great food but I have to imagine they lose a ton ofbusiness by taking so long. Read more
Normally don't have issues. But tonight I waited over an hour and still didn't get my food. We asked several managers for a... refund or if our food was coming and was told it was on the way numerous times. One manager was vaping in between runningorders. Noone knew what was going on and now I have 4 kids angry impatient kids because we still didn't get our food and had toleave. It's unacceptable. I saw the drive thru clear 3 or 4 times in my hour waiting for food that didn't come. Seems like theironly priority here is drive but for app orders it doesn't allow you to go through drive. I've gone here twice now (because my kids love this place for some reason). Twice now I've sat for the better part of 30... minutes in order to get my "fast" food. Finally I press the order button again, at which point they ask me what I would like toorder. I respond with "I already did". They apologize and my order is usually out within the next 10 minutes after that. Thefood is good enough and the staff seem nice, but the experiences I have had have ruined any good thoughts I have about theplace. My wife did say that they only have 3 workers at any given time, so I'm sure that contributes to this problem.Management if you're reading this then you should take that into consideration as opposed to punishing employees. Everyone that works here seems like it?s their first time ever talking to a human being. Every time we go we have to wait at... least 45 minutes in the drive thru for 2 drinks. This time, the girl at the window told us that the person in front of us paidfor our order. She handed it to us and I told her it wasn?t the right order, so she closed the window and when she came back shetold us our total even tho the person in front of us paid for it?? Food was cold! Didn't bring straws for the drinks. Had cherry syrup all over the outside of the cup and didn't bring napkins to... even clean it up. This is to be my favorite fast food place! Not anymore! Read more

Sometimes it's just fun to try something different. Sonic is just the place for that. The food is decent, they bring it right to... your car and they make some great specialty drinks. Eating at a drive in seems like something out of history and makes a regularmeal just a little bit more fun. Read more
