Turn over rate is hilarious. Hire people at livable wages and stop hiring highschool kids that just flirt.
The card slider is pressed against the counter so no swipe card can be used and when I asked if the cashier could swipe it... behind the counter she rudely refused I'm sure there could of been nicer about saying no, had to pay cash also did not give myhot drink lid stopper so I spilled most of it my car thanks. On 6/2 at 5pm I went to this Starbucks and had a terrible experience. The manager on staff was rude and treated me like I was... stupid for asking for my incorrect coffee to be remade. The staff wanted me to pay for it and did not even apologize. Read more
One time I came and the had closed early that Saturday like 4 hours early. Yesterday 1/16/19 was looking for a nice Green Tea... while I shopped. After I order go a way for a couple of minutes looking at produce, come back she tells me they are out of tea.Said she was sorry and she would refund it on my app. Well still no refund.
