I am a very understanding customer and have never given a bad review, but this staff was incredibly rude. I made an online order... for 2 basic subs (1 turkey, 1 meatball) and arrived to the store before the sandwiches were made. I was the only person in thestore as I informed the young lady that I arrived early to add a few veggies to one of the sandwiches. She told me to wait asshe completed an online order. I waited approx. 3mins in the empty store, then saw that the lady began making one of thesandwiches. I informed her that the sandwich was to be toasted, at which the older lady said "it's too late for that". Irequested that the veggies be placed on a napkin, and be returned to the sandwich after toasting. They obliged after discussingwith one another. The young lady put both of my sandwiches in the drive thru toaster (out of plain sight) and stood and lookedat my phone as I waited. 2mins later, I looked up to find that the young lady is wrapping the sandwiches at the drive thruwindow. I reminded the lady that I came in early to add veggies, and asked her to unwrap one of the sandwiches to add veggies.The older lady then jumps in to say "no, we don't have time" and "it's already made". I attempted to reason that no one is inthe store, I am only requesting vegetables, but they pushed the bag towards me and walked off. If I had not already paid online,I would not have taken the sandwiches at all. Read more

I wish i can give them ZERO STAR for customer service. Both male and female are very rude. Don't accept any coupons. There price... keep changing. Read more

I have placed multiple orders here for pickup through their app and my sandwiches are always made wrong. I have tried to call... and email the store and never had any resolve or refund. I?ve asked for a free sandwich the next visit and the store owner hasignored me at least 4 times and won?t respond to my emails anymore. Terrible customer service Read more

Super inconsistent. Several times I have went and selected choices at the drive-through kiosk and then end up with a different... sandwich. For example today I ordered Italian whitebread and they gave me a sandwich on flatbread. Flatbread is gross. Calledto tell them the computer kiosk may be messed up, they should confirm its working or confirm with customers before making theorder ... never asked for a refund or anything. Response was just to argue with me about how clearly I'm an idiot and thecomputer works perfectly everytime. ???? They also put signs up saying they don't accept Subway coupons. This location always looks clean and the people have been nice but they NEVER change their gloves and when I say that they take... money from customers with gloves on and turn around and dress the next sandwich with the same exact gloves. Read more

Loved this location because of the drive thru? but the customer service is probably the worst I have ever seen. The quality of... the food is below standard. They are getting three 6 inch sandwiches out of a 12inch loaf it seems. The cheese is one triangleper sandwich. We went in one day hoping it would be better but noticed that the lady doing the order in front of us touched allthe food and then cash and then stuck her hand in the lettuce again. There was no changing of gloves. Just continued to go tothe next customer. We left that day. We keep giving it a chance thinking maybe it was just a bad day, but today was our lasttime going there. The lady in the drive thru ran our card. Then came back and insisted we didn?t pay. We reminded her she hadour card and showed where it was pending in our bank account and she said there was a problem with their machine and we neededto pay cash to get our food. Words can?t convey how idiotic and scam like this location is. We still have the pending chargeand no food. Read more

Will not return to this location. Their ordering menu was malfunctioning this morning and I attempted to explain this to the... male worker, who proceeded to be rude and condescending, then he tried to say I had ordered a multitude of sandwiches, becausetheir system mistakenly printed several receipts while I was attempting to order one sandwich. They open far too late to beconvenient for commuters who wish to purchase breakfast prior to work. There?s also quite a language barrier, but they don?tseem to be concerned with communicating properly with their customers. Read more
