Texas Roadhouse has premium steaks at a great price. The fresh rolls are a great way to start. I had the ribeye medium rare...... it was fantastic. Mushrooms and onions on top. House salad and steak fries covered in cheese and bacon. Absolutelydelicious. A great way to celebrate my birthday. They sang happy birthday to me. Wonderful dinner with my parents andbrother. My only issue (every Texas Roadhouse is this way) is the music is a bit to loud. Makes carrying on a conversationkind of difficult. It doesn't stop me from wanting to eat there! Read more
We have been to the road house several times the last 10 years. we really like the consistency in how the meals are prepared and... the taste. However, our experience this time on an order we placed for curb side pick up was terrible. It started off by theyoung lady taking our food to all the cars parked in the curb side pick up except us. This is after I went inside and told thelady where we were parked. I then got a call saying that they received a text (which was never sent) that we were parked in spot1, which we were not. the lady that delivered the food asked me to check if the order was right and before I could look in thebag, she left to go back in. as it so happened, the order was not right. we had ordered extra rolls and cinnamon butter andthere was no butter. I went in to ask for the butter and another lady asked how may rolls i had ordered. I mentioned a dozen andshe came back with 2 small cups of butter. I had ordered 2 large tubs of butter. I was given the attitude and look that I wasbothering them and there were no apologies offered either for any of the things that was done wrong. The employees need to betrained better or more experienced staff needs to be put in for these curb side pick up orders as the hard work of the kitchenstaff gets ruined by really poor customer service. Great food and friendly service. Its about steak of course but they offer other cuisine as well. parking can be a... challenge but that is true at almost any Texas Roadhouse. they have "call ahead" service which works well for us. one wordof caution. if you call in, they will not seat you until all of your party is present. I am a big fan of Texas Roadhouse but I can only go by my latest experience. Today we ordered Curbside because we had a craving... for some Salmon and their great rolls and sides. Our food was not ready at the designated time. (Not a big deal) but the orderwas not complete. That was a big deal. Our food was getting cold while we waited for the sides which were shorted us. Finally,we went in and got them ourselves. The food however was delicious as usual and the staff was nice. I gave them a four starrating anyway since they are consistently good with service and great food. Read more
Lawd help me. Our steak was absolutely amazing! When I say it literally melted in my mouth, I'm not lying! Best damn steak I've... ever had! Our waiter, Jake, was just as amazing. He didn't hound us too much and allowed us to enjoy our food. Great service andfood! Read more
Absolutely wonderful experience tonight. Wait was manageable seeing as it was a busy Friday. Food was phenomenal, and delivered... promptly. Our waitress was an absolute delight! Noisy and crowded, but again, it was Friday night, so that was to be expected. Read more
