Stopped in for a really late lunch/early dinner today. It's nice having the option to buy by the slice. I know there is Luca... and Enzo, but those places are complete and utter trash. Here, you can order by the slice, and customize the toppings to yourtaste. Most folks in the know will say that the key to a good pizza is the dough, but I disagree. NY Slice has pretty gooddough, but for me, the key is the sauce, and they have pretty much nailed it. Not too sweet, not too spicy, and you get justthe right amount. Got a couple of slices and a couple of the roni stix with cheese sauce, and I'm good for the day! Like mostplaces these days, they seem to be having issues with finding people that want to work. Only one gentleman working when I wasthere, presumably the proprietor, and he was exceptionally friendly, despite having to do it all by himself. Definitely givethis place a try, and give them a break if it takes a couple minutes longer than you'd like. It's worth the wait! Read more

Wish it had been better! We didn?t realize it was basically a carry out place only. You could dine in, but they had very few... seats. Wasn?t too big of a deal, as there was no one else in there. We had the regular breadsticks with cheese and garlicbutter. I would have to say these were my favorite part of the meal, except for the one breadstick that had no seasoning onit?that was kinda disappointing! I loved the seasoning on them! The cheese was tasty and the garlic butter was good too! Ourpizza took twice as long to come out as it should have. Not sure why. My hubby had pepperoni and banana peppers on his. Sadly itlooked like the peppers were an afterthought?they didn?t look or taste like they?d been baked on the pizza, but rather thrown onafterwards. I had a plain pepperoni slice and one with pepperoni and sausage. They were decently good, but it was nothingspecial. To me the pizza had little taste and very little sauce, plus the sausage looked undercooked, but I?m sure it was aactually fine?.just not pleasant to look at! It wasn?t bad bad, just not our cup of tea. Everyone has different tastes andlikes, so at least give it a try if you?re a pizza lover!! Read more
This pizza is the truth! So delicious! I rank it #1 in my book. Authentic East Coast! The young man forgot to add my individual... slice on my to go order. I called in and the owner (such a gentleman), answered and I told him my problem. He said " ok, it willbe on me!" He also would not take a tip. He said "we all have to eat , we're all family. Fantastic local pizzeria. Traditional NY pizza with all the delicious traditional you expect from a super slice of pepperoni or... plain right here in Greenwood. On top of that a great selection of gourmet ingredients for when you have a taste for somethingmore exquisite. The homemade pesto, spinach and feta cheese is a great flavor combo.
