But what I don?t like is their customer service this is my second time there this week... and it was the same dark haired younger lady in the drive-through window and she is beyond rude? you guys are going to losequite a bit of business having someone that route in your window maybe it?s time to switch her positions so she does not have tointeract with guest! Never had zaxby's before and had a free snack meal. Chicken was delicious but I asked for plain fries, seasoning on the side,... and the fries came salted and with seasoning on the side. Read more

Drive thru was fast. We got two number ones large, sweet tea.. Chicken was bland and smaller than expected, the sauce that comes... with it was to sweet for me, my toast was burnt on one side the tea is mid.. The fries were ok... Yesterday was my first time at this restaurant we went through drive-through we did not know the menu our order got messed up... and instead of you know arguing with us the manager in the staff was more than willing to help with the order they help fix thesituation even after they after I was given my food there was no hassle there was no arguing they made me feel it easy though Ididn?t know the menu and even though there was mess up they did not get upset with me there was no unpleasant experience. The closest Zaxby's to my home is 5 hours. I YEARN for the Blue Zalad and will visit Indy just for it. The chicken fingers are... excellent quality breast strips seasoned to perfection. I'm never disappointed by a visit to this chain and wish they wereavailable further north. Read more

Zaxby's did the trick when I needed my chicken fix. I tried their boneless wings with the new garlic buffalo sauce and it was... great. The inside of the store is very clean however the employees were not very attentive to customers inside waiting to order. Read more
