Customer service communication is very poor and unprofessional. Highly doubt I will be returning. No empathy or anything from... store manager from highly dissatisfied service. Adding to this review and reply to the owner I have submitted info to the linkyou provided and no one has reached out. I have requested a refund 8/9/22 and it is now 8/23/22 and my funds have not beenreturned for food that I never even received. If BBB is my next point of contact that is fine. Customer service was excellent, the staff was professional and helpful. The pizza bar itself was filled with a good variety... of pizza and their salad bar was clean and fresh. The only issue was some of the pizza looked as if it had been sitting tolong. Most of the pizza I selected was cold. Overall it was a great experience. Read more
We walked in and the buffet was low. The first thing they said was what kind of pizza would you like on the buffet?!!!! They had... fresh pizza out in about 15 minutes!! We had given them 3 different kinds. And they were what we asked for!! It is always clean,the service friendly, and the food delicious! The salad bar was fresh also. Read more
When I walked in I ordered the buffet and a water. The cashier misunderstood me and thought I wanted a specific kind of cup for... water and she turned around and yelled for the manager. The manager explained that they give regular cups for water, not specialwater cups. I didn't really care about all that because all I really wanted was water. I went to the buffet and they had threeworkers standing around like guards of the buffet bar. I asked one of them is this potato salad and she only nods. I'm thinkinggreat she really is like a guard on duty. I pick out my food and sit down. Over all the food was excellent and couldn'tcomplain. I would definitely eat here again and next time I'll know what to say and not say to the workers ????. Read more
