I only gave 3 stars because service was lacking. I had to ask for sweetner/creamer for my coffee, syrup for my guest's waffle... and butter for grits. And that was 3 different requests. Maybe our server was in training but just not very attentive. Read more

We were NOT greeted when we entered. We stopped by after a local college graduation to grav a bite before getting back on the... road. The place was not busy. My mother and I saw a table and decided to sit there after no one greeted us. After sitting therefor a couple of minutes, no one ever came to us to tell us anything. So my Mom asked me to ask for two menus. I asked a guy andhe gave them to me. That's when a server, who was near our table, but didn't have two words to say to us, interjected bytelling us that where we're sitting is not a place to eat. My mother was confused and said, "Oh?" Another server said, "Yea, youwon't get no service sitting over there." So my mom and I looked at each other and I asked, "Well, where do we sit, because noone told us anything." Now they went back to being quiet. I looked at my mother and asked her if she wanted to find someplaceelse to eat, she said yes and we left. As we were walking out, one of the services said, "I don't care." We didn't say anythingto them. We just got up and left because we felt unwanted. My mother and I LOVE the Waffle House chain, but the attitudes atthis one was the first we've ever experienced. Just some rude a$$ females. Read more
The food was actually good, the thing that didn't sit well with me was the cook (a big lady) had on some pants and there was a... hole in the back of them. Here's the kicker she didn't have on any underwear and you're standing in the front of the customerscooking their food with no panties on GROSS!!!!!!! Read more

I walked in nice enough to say Morning and ask about the phone not working because I had been calling since 6am. The employee... replied, I came in early to get me some breakfast before I started work at 7 and the girl I was relieving left. I remarked, Iwas only making a statement that I had been trying to call and no one answered in over 45 minutes. Took another 7 minutes toorder and then I had to say my order across the restaurant. Very disrespectful for business especially when businesses arestruggling. I myself work with the public and this is bad business. Read more

Racist. White guy and they never came to take my order or addressed me. The two servers were standing at end of counter messing... with each other. When I finally left I saw one walk down and sit right next to the table I was at. Only one other table in theplace was seated. Read more
