Heavily disappointed with the location. I never had a good experience with the food. The food is not even hot. The employees are... wonderful but need more training needs to be done..had my food and felt sick after. I'll probably never eat there again!. Read more
Stopped at the DQ in Greenwood for a quick trip through the drive thru. Most of our order ended up in the trash. It was not... edible. The burger buns were completely SATURATED with grease...so much so that it was running out of the bun & pooling in thebox it came in. It was horrible. We tried to take the burgers apart & eat was "okay" as we were in a hurry & hungry. We pulledout of the parking lot feeling sick. It was gross. Read more
Was completely disappointed with my visit to Dairy Queen!! My Daughter had been asking me to take her, so we (My Husband,... Daughter, Myself and one of my Dogs, Maggie) walked there from Kingston. When I asked for some tap water for my dog I wascharged for a small drink, the food wasn't near as good as I remember and the service was terrible! I had originally asked for 3meals, was rang up and given as 1 meal and 2 burgers, and a small drink (tap water for my dog), ($27)so I had to make a secondorder, 1 small fountain pop and a small strawberry Julius. Came to $9.70, then I didn't even get a strawberry Julius, afterpaying for one, they give me some orange mango kind, when I told them it was wrong, they said they had no strawberry for thedrink I ordered so they gave me that instead... Wth!?? So I paid for a drink I didn't even ask for. Then before we left mydaughter asked me to get her a blizzard, so I ordered a small blizzard, paid $6 something for it, what they gave me was not asmall, it was about 3 of 4 bites of blizzard.... I didn't even know what to think or say. I paid near $50 for awful service froma rude staff, mediocre food and a terrible experience, I do not recommend going to the greenwood location! We went in at supper time around 5:30 and we dined in. Ordered the flame thrower Thought it would have been a good choice not... so much. 1st of All the entire sandwich was cold wasn't even warm which is surprising the only thing that made it warm was theheat from the flame thrower sauce. So between the sandwich being cold the the flame thrower sauce was just grouped on the topand the bottom making the Burger extremely slippery and very messy ,way too much sauce. I'm sorry to say but this was a very bigdisappointment considering I don't go to Dairy Queen very often. Read more
Great food but I wish the food preparers would wear gloves. They sanitize before handling the buns for burgers but does the... residue of sanitizer go from their hands onto the bun. One male preparer. Leaned up against stainless steel cabinet, rested hishand on it and then did up an order. Were his hands clean after being on the cabinet . Hit the drive thru, ordered my meal. Arrived at the window and you might have put a poster of a person. Did not say anything, ... held out their hand for my money, passed my drink then my food and shut the window. I guess I interrupted the 5 personconversation inside.
