After asking if they could do milkshakes a little late they assured us they could, and when we got them they were mostly melted... and tasted like cleaner. I was up sick the rest of the night. Apparently this location thinks it's funny to poison theircustomers. Read more
I am not happy at all with my experience to McDonalds in Greenwood, NS. Bought a Big Mac Meal and a Habenaro Meal. Sandwiches... were cold, fries were cold, med drinks were missing game stickers and none put in bag, no straws for drinks, no napkins and noketchup that was requested. Sent complaint to Head Office and requested to be contacted and didn't receive a call or email. Been over a week. I will not return to this location in the future and possibly any other location based on the fact thatMcDonalds Head Office ignored my email. Read more
Our burgers were room temp, not even hot. This is not the first time either. I think they need to serve burgers fresh off grill... and stop using the damn warmers. Now I know why dont eat there much. I will say though that the staff is friendly. They alsohave great coffee. Read more

Should have turned around and left when the guy working tried to over charge me for my coffee and muffin but I needed something.... I always get a coffee and a muffin on my way to work. But this muffin I ended up with was supposed to be cranberry orange, didn't have a single piece of cranberry in it, it was rock hard small and dry! There were big fluffy muffins there full ofcranberries and I got given garbage!! I'm not impressed! We decided to try the mobile app at McDonald's and I'll say don't do it!!!. First we watched 2people arrive after but get served... immediately while we waited. When our order arrived it was missing items. I had only noticed one missing when I went inside (aunmarked employee only door) to let them know. I watched 4 employees scramble like I gave them a surprise quiz. No apologies orany attempt to correct the lack of professionalism or to make up for the fact that now I'm inside the restaurant making thewhole purpose of the app useless. The food was OK, bit cold. I really hope the double drive through has sped things up at least for the workers inside, certainly don't see the results on... the customer end, waited in the drive thru for ice cream today when it wasn't even what I ordered, I assume the car behind medid, meanwhile my bag I watched get set up on the rack while I waited for this ice cream I never ordered in the first place.Also the new design looks like a gulag, this similar-to-brutalist approach to architecture really needs to go away. I bought a breakfast sandwich meal for my self which was good. But for my son I ordered pancakes and sausage. When we stopped... to eat the food I discovered that he didn?t get the sausage. Next time I was there I told them this and was informed I wouldhave had to return with the meal to have it corrected. ?? Most of the time I find everything good but this was disappointing.
