The information is not updated. Came here late last night after taking a 10 minute detour, no Tim's in sight.
This location is not 24 hours anymore. Been there several times this month after midnight and they are closed.
Standing in line for almost a half hour with one customer in front of me When they were serving the drive-thru and online orders... before the people that were standing in line. Not happy with Tim Hortons McDonald's has better coffee anyways. Plus the news onCBC . Tim Hortons hasn't been invading our privacy. Not sit well with me. Read more
the place decided to care more about money than its customers by closing off the fromt section of the store and only opening the... drive through. people like me who dont own a car are currently not able to purshase anything from the store. to everyone: makesure your tims hasn't done anything stupid before walking 3 km for your coffee. Fast but I've been given the wrong order 3 times last month. I drink tea and not coffee and 3 times I've been halfway to work... and noticed it was coffee. I check before I leave the window every time now. Read more
Tim Hortons Greenwood were awesome right from the start. I called them two days prior to needing a donation of coffee and the... didn't hesitate to help out. They provided a large carafe with enough coffee for 50 people and all the fixings. You guys rock! Thanks so much. Read more
Its 3:30 am on Sat. Nov.19, 2022. Been sitting here over 15 min. At a 24 hr location, and the staff will not come to the drive... through window, di not answer the phone or knocking at the door. What's the point of being open, if your not going to serveanything.... Tims has really gone down hill since its been sold. Beside not so good donuts anymore, its now got terribleservice... Manager should actually manage his store... We are leaving as its now been 25 min, and still no staff to take yourorder. Update: Just before I left a staff member finally came out of the back, he wasn't going to come to the window, but I keptinsisting he did. He tells me they are closed, I mention all the signs that say 24 hrs on, pointing to the one that is 2 inchesfrom his face. He reply, oh well we used to be, but that was long time ago... Being new in town, how would I know this, asGoogle also lists them as 24hr. I say dont you think you really should take down that sign?? He tells me thats a good idea?Cause no one else was smart enough to think of that?? Seriously?? I promise its not just because I have 15 years of retail mgmtbehind me, that I was able to come up with this idea... Someone at head office really needs to reconsider the people working asthe district manager, store manager, and the staff. Seems like they have a combined IQ of a stick.... No wonder this store has a2.5 rating.... Also, the glaze/icing shouldn't be the same thickness of the donut, its to be a glaze, light and thin - not sendyou into a sugar induced coma.
