They were out of Bo rounds and instead of letting us know, the man rang up mashed potatoes, then refused to give us a refund. He... also asked twice if we wanted larges then rang up mediums. Clearly did not want to be there, but he did NOT need to take it outon us. He called us liars and was extremely rude. Read more

I jus waited 28 minutes in the drive thru. The inside was locked n is locked until way after 12 every Sunday. I ordered a cajon... chicken sandwich. I was told oh u want the cajon biscuit. I said no the cajon chicken sandwich. Then they told me they didn'thave that..... Finally got to the window n I asked when they stopped serving the cajon chicken sandwich? N was told they haveit. ???? I waited 28 minutes n watched 5 or 7 cars drive off n when I get my food it is ice cold!!!???? How are u not running adecent business?? It's not hard!! Worst ever zero stars!!! Two days in a row and it's the same junk slow n cold food. I had toput 1 star jus so it would let me post this! Read more

Steak , Egg and Cheese Biscuit was so good! Person @ the drive-thru was really nice dealing with me and a coupon . On another... visit we Enjoyed Cajun Filet Chicken Biscuit and Gravy Biscuit ! Very Good ! Thanks! Read more

Ghetto!! I'm not sure if this particular restaurant went to the lowest place in Greenwood and found the lowest of the low, but... that's where they are! No customer service skills at all, no manners, no work ethic, no nothing! Ordered online and still had tocome in and wait. Nothing was ready, nothing I ordered was available so I had to get substitutions. If I hadn't paid online andfeared the workers would have messed my card up trying to refund me, I would have canceled. I know times are hard with gettinggood help, but this ridiculous. Not to mention the eyelash that was hanging off of one of the workers eyes that could havefallen into the food, or the colorful wigs with no hair nets. There were 2 elderly men in there ahead of me and the girl waitingon them was extremely rude to them. This place has gone down fast! Please train your staff or at least manage them. Read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to this location for dinner and the young lady at the drive through attitude was terrible.... When I ordered my Chicken Supreme meal at the speaker, I asked for honey mustard. Got my food and drove up a little beforepulling off because I figured people were behind me and noticed I had no honey mustard. Seeing that no car was behind me, Ibacked up and tried to get the young lady?s attention and she just stood there knowing I was trying to get her attention. Afterabout two minutes of waving, she started throwing her hands up and doing these uncalled gestures through the window. With herknowing I wasn?t going anywhere, she finally decides to open the window and she knew exactly what I was about to ask becausebefore I even got a word out, she said ?we don?t have any sauce for you.? Like you couldn?t tell me this before even handing memy food and accepting my payment?!?! Better off going to the other location, furthest from me next time!
