First off the workers are excellent and very nice. We have been going to Bruster?s in Greenwood , SC hoping things would get... better.with the portions I purposely went to Bruster?s in Greenville to see if there would be the same issue and both Bruster?sin Greenville are perfect!! My 32 large milkshakes in Greenwood are missing about 2 to 3 inches of shake. This only happens atthis location for some reason as I have photos to prove it. I am being charged for 32 ozs, but I am not receiving anything closeto that. The cup is so short that looks like it has been poured out! The 2 photos (with lids off) missing the product are fromthe Greenwood SC location and the 2 with the lids on and proper amount are from 2 different locations in Greenville SC.Hopefully someone addresses this issue as this is bad business and should never be forced upon loyal customers.Numerous coworkers are refusing to ever return as they have faced the same issue.
