First off the workers are excellent and very nice. We have been going to Bruster?s in Greenwood , SC hoping things would get... better.with the portions I purposely went to Bruster?s in Greenville to see if there would be the same issue and both Bruster?sin Greenville are perfect!! My 32 large milkshakes in Greenwood are missing about 2 to 3 inches of shake. This only happens atthis location for some reason as I have photos to prove it. I am being charged for 32 ozs, but I am not receiving anything closeto that. The cup is so short that looks like it has been poured out! The 2 photos (with lids off) missing the product are fromthe Greenwood SC location and the 2 with the lids on and proper amount are from 2 different locations in Greenville SC.Hopefully someone addresses this issue as this is bad business and should never be forced upon loyal customers.Numerous coworkers are refusing to ever return as they have faced the same issue. The staff is very professional. Love they have a drive through. They will let you try anything prior. The portions are generous.... Had to ask if they accepted tips as there was no jar. They only had my chocolate chip mint in yogurt. I didn't think I'd likeit. I was wrong. It was fabulous. Read more
We have been to other locations and had great service and experiences, but this one was awful all around. The Banana split was... basically a banana with all the toppings and a tower of whipped cream. There was such little ice cream we couldn?t even scoop afull spoonful of any of the 3 flavors. They said they weigh their ice cream so I?m not sure if because we got flavors withchunks of cookies and chocolate in it, it lessened the amount but they should take that into account because a banana split withvirtually no ice cream is not enjoyable at all. I need the ice cream to cover up the fact I?m eating a banana lol Not hot fudgecovered banana with pecans ???? It?s too cloyingly sweet, and when we said something they called and remade it but it was justas bad the next time so definitely would never go back to this location again. I don?t need an obscene amount of ice cream butwhen you pay almost 10$ for a banana split and don?t even get to eat the banana and toppings with ice cream, it?s kind ofridiculous. Read more
