Really bad service , drive thru was slow , & took very long to take my order , was rushing me to take my order . At the window... took long to take my payment & when I got my order one of my burger was wrong got to go inside & one of the employee screamed atme just for asking for my right burger I wanted to order a bbq bacon and cheese burger and got a crispy chicken sandwich at thedrive drive thru didn?t know what burgers I was taking about . I ordered at the drive thru and the employee kept telling me to repeat my order until I was yelling. I kept asking if they could... hear me. The employee told me to drive to the second window so I thought they would finish taking my order since they didn'tseem to understand me. I thought they may be having trouble with the microphone. I pulled up and she gave me my total. I toldher that I never got to finish my order. The manager came up and said they cannot add orders because they are too busy and theline is too long. Whoppers were not nearly as good, as the last time I was here. Too much condiments. Lettuce mayo ketchup scooting out the side... when i took a bite. For one the phone number listed is not the right phone number. I tried calling because I got an Egg Normous burrito that was... SUPPOSED to have bacon and sausage on it. However, there was only bacon and very little at that. This place has gone down hillfast. Lack of help is NOT an excuse as I was literally the ONLY customer there at the time. My croissant tasted good but the bread was peeled off should not have been use. Presentation would be one star.
Great! I had the 2 $4 croissants. I only ate one I got full but it was delicious. Mine was the sausage egg and cheese. Glad I... didn't order the double croissants. I was full from one single. And it was hot and fresh and of course got my receipt to getfree whopper or chicken sandwich or croissant with just filling out the survey on line and writing my code on my receipt. Please hire more people. I got there and it took forever for someone to take my order, and when I finally get up to the window,... I can see that there is like no one inside. The poor woman who was taking my order looked so stressed and when I asked if shewas okay she said there were only 2 people there. She tried to give me a free drink for my long wait and she got sprayed by asoda machine because it didn't work and didn't have any large lids, but she was so kind.
