We waited for over five minutes before being seated. Not a problem? except multiple employees walked by us and did not... acknowledge us waiting. Food was good and our server was decent. But, the restaurant overall was gross. Sections of tables wereleft with dirty dishes and many of the employees seemed confused or flustered. Multiple tables around us had issues with theirorders. Thankfully, our food was good. The manager seemed to have her hands full, but dealt with both disgruntled customers andemployees well. Read more
When we got there the place was so dark and there were no cars in the parking lot we thought they were closed. I checked, they... were open so we went in. I ordered chicken fried steak with white gravy two eggs over easy and hash browns with onion.Everything was burnt but the eggs. I like the little crunch to my home fries but not black. The chicken fried steak was soovercooked and dry I did not eat it. Everything on my friends plate was burnt also. I was so shocked at what came out of thekitchen I forgot to take pictures. We spent two and a half hours there just talking. In that time we were the only customers inthe place. The waitress, who was also the hostess was very pleasant. She checked on as often to make sure everything was okay.They really should get a new cook. Maybe they would have some business. Read more
Got a delicious burger. Was on my lunch break and was in and out quick .Food was well cooked and Service was excellent. I was... here for breakfast two days ago and it was excellent also from order to table in less than 10 min.My eggs were perfect andpancakes delicious. Very disappointed. IHOP was our favorite at one time. So we ordered from the senior menu. The people beside us did also. Our... waitress, there's to... did not put it on either ticket. Waited for it to be corrected. We asked for knives, they were dirty. Sowas the second set she brought. The pancakes were cold. Read more
I had planned to leave because it took so long to receive our food. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant (4 tables... of two patrons each). One couple left after 45 minutes of waiting. We were seated before them and still waiting.... Finally thefood arrived and it was not cooked properly. I nicely discussed it with the waitress. She explained they were trying to gettheir business back up for the area. I hope things get better for them. Read more
