Great wings, delivery is always on time, friendly service and pizza is always just like I want it!!
PAPA JOHN disappointed me today. I ordered a medium pizza and an order of brownies. Well, I requested the brownies to be split... and transferred to two separate boxes, since they were going to two different households. Cassie, a manager, at the Greenwood,SC, location said they could not separate the brownies. Therefore, I asked to speak with the other manager, and politelyexplained my request and offered an explanation for my request. Mark, the General Manager, identified himself as the GM, and wasvery rude and refused my request. I was given a box and told to split them myself. I thought Mark and Cassie?s unprofessionalbehaviors and failure to satisfy a reasonable request was worthy of my time to post this review.
