Great wings, delivery is always on time, friendly service and pizza is always just like I want it!!
PAPA JOHN disappointed me today. I ordered a medium pizza and an order of brownies. Well, I requested the brownies to be split... and transferred to two separate boxes, since they were going to two different households. Cassie, a manager, at the Greenwood,SC, location said they could not separate the brownies. Therefore, I asked to speak with the other manager, and politelyexplained my request and offered an explanation for my request. Mark, the General Manager, identified himself as the GM, and wasvery rude and refused my request. I was given a box and told to split them myself. I thought Mark and Cassie?s unprofessionalbehaviors and failure to satisfy a reasonable request was worthy of my time to post this review. The food was fresh and plus I'm a loyalty customer and I always use the app to get good deals and too receive points and stuff.
We had them do our pizza?s for our 4 year olds birthday party it was Spider-Man themed. When I went in I showed them a picture... of a spider web pizza and they did a good job making it happen. Read more
Epic stuff crust was great! Downloaded the app and was able to track the pizza, kinda cool. A little to pricey for 1 pizza and a... 2 liter. I've noticed going out to eat has become a privilege no matter where you go! But overall was pleased with Papa John'sservice and fresh ???? Read more
We all expect higher prices, without complaint, the pizza was good. What I didn't like, was walking in to pay and pick it up,... and the debit card screen asked me how much tip I wanted to leave... this is happening everywhere and it's a disgraceful displayof greed to the world. I don't pay a tip unless I'm actually served, in a restaurant, and you do a good job refilling my waterand serving my food. Read more
