Waiting inside for 20 minutes to order, we?re at the register and the employees are just walking back and forth with no... acknowledgement. Fast forward, we ordered and have been waiting 10+ minutes and several others have come in after us andreceived their food?. Will never ever be back! The drive thru is terrible and so is the customer service. I don't see how this place is still in business. They close when they... want to and lock the dine in doors some days so they won't be bothered. The food here is always phenomenal no complaints at all with food quality. My issue is with the service. Their line is never... long. After they were open about 2 weeks their line died down QUICK and for good reason. I was the 2nd customer in lineyesterday. I placed an app order and came to pick it up. They don't begin making the food until you are there. This is normalfor fast food places but this place is NOT fast food like it's supposed to be. I waited over 25 minutes from the time that Ipulled up to the speaker to the time that I got my food. That is insane. I know other customers have the same experiencehere. I got two meals, they forgot to bring out my drink and had to go back to get it. With only one customer in front ofme??? I would get it if the line were long. This is the worst service in greenwood by far and I don't say that lightly becausemost fast food service in greenwood is awful. They made me pull around and sit there wasting my gas for 25 minutes. Y'allknow how expensive gas is? It was 91 degrees out I wasn't turning my car off. Get training or you won't last. In telling you,greenwood has all but given up on this business as it is. Read more
Myself and three other customers waited 10 minutes to get to the outside menu board. One customer pulled away,I would have too... if I hadn't wanted spicy chicken. It took three tries for the cashier to get my order of an $8.00 Big box ,spicy white redbeans and slaw. 10 more minutes to get to the window . The cashier was pleasant and friendly, Sad part I received mild chickenand no spicy. I waited for spicy and though disappointed the food was good and fresh. It was 12:45 PM when I joined the line. Lots of people are complaining about the wait at this location but they got through about 12 cars in 18 minutes when I went.... This is fairly impressive compared to other locations i've visited, but could still be improved. The chicken is exactly what youthink of when someone says "Popeyes"! Read more
