We come here often, with no issue but after tonight, not sure if I?ll be back. First issue was we waited over 30 minutes for our... food, which wasn?t a complicated order. Second, food finally comes and we milkshakes with the tops falling off, so milkshakesspilled as soon as she handed them to us and spilled in our car. Instead of handing us our food, she takes it back to makesomeone else hand it to us. Problem three, some sort of bug or something in our ice cream cup. Disgusting. Problem Four, I gotthe chicken tender dinner which was supposed to come with barbecue sauce and onion rings. Whole box has one onion ring in it, nobarbecue sauce. Five, they took the shakes back to remake them because they were melted, took them an additional 10 minutes tomake two milkshakes. Gave us no straws, no napkins, etc. whole experience was terrible and not worth the wait. Had we not paid,we would?ve left and to add insult to injury since we?d never had an issue before, we tipped them when we paid. Do better! Read more
It's unhealthy food but it's also really good! I love the slushes they have with fruit options to add in. Every time I have... went, the customer service has always been very good! I wish I carried cash on me more to tip the employees directly rather thanon the card that goes to the corporation. Perfect food for a quick cheap meal! Read more

Order was placed online for pickup. It was a disaster and I hope this was a rare mixup between Door Dash and Sonic. After... waiting over 45 min, we were told they never got the order but we had paid. If I had not pressed the issue we would have leftempty handed and money paid. Sonic employee finally went and really looked. The order had been ready as the online screenshowed. We got cold food and left feeling very unimportant after an hour . They were very busy I do acknowledge and mistakes dohappen. I won't be back but think they do have many successful reviews. Read more
This is the second time in less than a week that my order was wrong or missing . Tonight I paid for my order and got home only... to realize that a whole meal was missing from the bag . I immediately called back and their answer was ? we?re closed but youcan come by tomorrow to get the missing items ? . Mind you gas is $5.00/gallon . I?m livid at the lack of accountability. Grace was awesome and pleasant and I might have ordered a shake, as I am tired after 18 hours of work and scouts meeting so I... might said something wrong but she corrected the mistake and refunded the money. I used it for her tip. I appreciate her fixingit and not making me feel like I was making her job harder when I prob mumbled my order. Fast and Friendly Service ! The # 2 Combo , A Double Cheese Burger , with Tots or Fries and Drink ! It Was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS... ! MY TOTS were cooked ABSOLUTELY , POSITIVELY CORRECT !
