Very good pizza and beautiful place!

Love the food but every time we order delivery it takes an hour and a half to just leave the pizza place. Food always arrives... cold. Will be going elsewhere for delivery. What a shame. Thanks for the response but it isn’t the first time we’ve waited2 hours for delivery of cold food. This time I even called after an hour and a half and the person who answered the phone toldme that the delivery lady just left. When I said it’s been almost two hours and last time this happened the food arrived cold,the girl said I know, I understand and handed the phone to another woman. This woman tried to blame my address as the reason forit arriving cold. She didn’t know if the driver would be coming to me first because I’m at the furthest of your deliveryarea. The lady was rude and not at all concerned about my complaint. She blamed me! I wouldn’t even mind waiting the 2 hoursbut the food is cold when it finally gets here. This is a service issue you need to address, especially based on other reviews Iread below. Get more delivery people to help get the orders out faster. I'm from New York city and thought the pizza was awful. Way too much cheese falling off the pizza as you try to eat it folded... like a proper New Yorker. The garlic knots were fine. My girlfriend wanted to get an ice cream sandwich but it was completelymelted. Read more

Ok first of all if you gonna have a wheelchair ramp make it consistent throughout the entire restaurant. Next if you are gonna... have a server that takes orders and drink orders make sure the order is correct, and have them actually get the drink from afountain and serve them. I would have just gone to the gas station for a bottle of soda. I would also like to suggest nothaving counters covered in cases of drinks. It also took forever and the order was wrong. Read more

We had the Italian foccacia at a party at Greg Deckers house recently. It was amazeballs. Ordered it today for a family party.... Everyone loved it! The number of tomes my sister said ‘this bread is amazing’ was nauseating. It was a big hit. You have newcustomers in West Milford. Pizza looked great! I had a Margarita slice and Sicilian and they were both way to salty and I don't use salt! I asked several... others who were eating that day and they said the same thing. Salty!
