We went to Colorado for a weekend trip and were told to go to Chianti's for a delicious Italian dinner. And it was!! Such a... great atmosphere, service experience, food, and wine list. I came here with some friends and was a bit worried as the name implied a focus on alcohol and as a Muslim I don't drink or use... alcohol in my cooking. I appreciated that the staff prepared our large group table carefully and were very open to removing porkor alcohol from the dishes as needed. Had a work meeting with 32 people for dinner, and the restaurant staff was AMAZING! They knew we had a specific timeframe... because of a team activity after, so they were very conscientious about getting the orders taken and delivered.
