Waited 25 minutes for one bagel....asked for cream cheese instead of mayo and mustard and guess what I got? I could've went next... door to kingsoopers, bought everything, went home and made my own correctly before I would've gotten my wrong order from thislocation. Won't go back. Read more
I go to Einstein Bagels the one on Parker Road they have excellent customer service and and the one in Greenwood Village is just... horrible I just came here they run out of coffee this is a coffee shop coffee bagel shop how do you run out of coffee and alsothey charge more than the one on Parker Road I ordered two bagels with a coffee I pay something over there in here it's like 10bucks they have snobby workers there Read more
I come here allll the time but today was horrible! My order came out at two different times, they had two people working, there... was no joke about 15 of us in the store, and it was just bad. I waited 50min for both of my sandwiches! For TWO simplesandwiches!!! I got my first one after 30 and my second one 20 after that. Absolutely ridiculous! Read more
I came into this establishment to get a good bagel, I opened up the bag to a partially cut bagel with the cream cheese all caked... onto one portion of the bagel. Learn to take pride in how your food looks, instead of just getting them out fast, slow down andgive people quality for their $5 bagel. Read more
Placed an online order for my work and the location was closed! they should have turned off their online ordering if they are... closed, they charged my credit card and have not refunded it. I have called and sent emails and have not had anyone contact meabout it. very disappointing! Read more
Food, service and people were great HOWEVER the big corporate guys must have decided not to return indoor seating!! It is... getting way too hot to force customers to sit on hot metal seats in the sun. BRING INDOOR SEATING BACK NOW. Showed up and nobody was there. They were supposed to be open. Not professional. If you're sign says open then hey maybe open.... People trying to get somewhere in the morning aren't going to wait for your unprofessional mess. Get it together.
