I ordered quesadilla from Pico mesa today and it was so salty and not edible at all. I threw the whole quesadilla. Such a waste... of money. Not sure about other items but never going back to this restaurent again. I like the ambience and the place so i mightgo back here for other restaurants such as flames. Read more

Love this concept so much! This place is great for the busy professional that doesn?t want to sacrifice quality just because... they?re trying to grab a bite between meetings. Urban Market is great for people who ?don?t know what the want? because theyoffer so many options. Also, for those with social anxiety, you don?t have to speak to anyone for any reason whilst visitingthis concept. You can elect to order via the Thrive app and pick up your order or you order in store via a tablet. Their foodis fresh and fast (which is an anomaly). I wholeheartedly support this business. Hit or miss. Salad bar is great but kinda pricey. Burgers are good. Quesadillas are good. Breakfast is usually good. The... majority of items are mediocre (including FoodWorks usually). Ordered pasta this week and what I received was not what I paidfor. Great for a quick lunch, but don't expect to be blown away by the majority of the food options. Read more

Very inconsistent. Been here too many times, and for some reason keep going due to convenience . Just got food today and they... forgot to add one of the ingredients I asked for in my pasta. If you get food from the grill, good luck. One day it is greatand the next it is awful. How hard is it to cook french fries. They are either under cooked or rock hard. I even asked onceto have my bill credited due to wait time and they agreed, but forgot to do it. When they first opened, it was pretty good, butseems to have taken a nose dive. Also, over priced for what you get. What is sad is that if this were any other restaurant, theywould close in six months due to the inconsistency. But since they are so convenient and close to many offices, they willsurvive somehow. It would be nice if they would work on things, but doubt it will happen so I would not recommend. Read more

So many options! Urban Market is located right outside my office building. I?ve been wanting to try it since they opened!... Inside, it?s HUGE, so much seating. There are so many options for food whether you?re craving build your own pasta or salad, fresh tacos or the weekly special they have it all! I opted for a banh mi sandwich as it was the weekly restaurant special, next week is Cuba Cuba. It was delicious! So much flavor in the meat and the sauce was paired perfectly. How to order - findwhat you want & find a kiosk / tablet and place your order. You can sign up for text alerts so you know exactly when your orderis ready or keep your eye on the screen for your order number to turn green! The service was quick and I was impressed for howbusy during lunch time it is. Saving the planet - every item is compostable from the utensils to the water cups! Truly a greatplace to go & especially if someone is having a hard time deciding what they want. There?s so many options everyone will behappy! Read more

I have eaten here 3 times so far. The Mexican food (pork enchiladas) was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. Two other co-workers... had the same experience with other dishes. I had the salad bar yesterday and that was great - lots of choices. Today I had thepizza. It was ok, but I probably wouldn't order it again. It's nice to have options for lunch and I will go back to try theother stations. Read more

This place is new, so i will definitely re-review down the road. I have eaten here twice here are my thoughts: 1. Ordering-... They use kiosks and minimal human interaction. In theory this sounds fine, but the interface is bit odd to use and people seemedgenerally confused on how to use them, so this is quite slow. If you order online or ahead of time you can avoid this, but not avery seamless order method that is partially the userbase and restaurant. 2. Food options- They have plenty of options rangingfrom grab and go to made to order food. I think most people could find something they like for any dietary needs!! 3. Foodquality- I have eaten here twice. The first item was a pizza, it was hot when i got it and tasted good. Not the best pizza ihave had but not the worst, for the convenience its good. The second was a burger. The burger itself was good, they messed upthe toppings which wasn't a huge bother. I ordered onion rings but received Fries, i was in a hurry so couldn't ask for a neworder but the fries were cold in less than 5 mins from receiving the text to come grab. Overall i would say not bad but notgood for 2 visits. From a convenience perspective they have my business, but i wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. Read more

Nice facility and kudos for trying a new concept; but they've got a long way to go to be viable. Placed my order at 12:02 pm... for a simple chicken sandwich. At 12:40, with my order still not fulfilled, I told them to cancel it and refund my money. At12:58, 56 minutes after ordering, their "your food is ready" text arrived at my phone. Too bad I'd already left, ordered andobtained a sandwich at another restaurant and returned to my office. Won't be back. Read more
