Tasteless food. Prices increased, Market and roast beef sandwiches have less than 1/3 of what they used to have at a big price... increase. To all fast food restaurants: Leave the food at the same quality/quantity level and go up on price but not both!!!!! Read more
I like Arby's. The food was good but the service was not so. Everyone was pleasant enough. But I told the worker three times I... wanted crinkle fries but got curly fries. They charged me for curly fries so I didn't want to try to get a 30¢ refund so I justate them. While I was there, the drive thru line was long the whole time (I ate inside). Always get their roasted or fried chicken salad. Up until today it was good. But they are now making it with shredded taco... lettuce not good.i won't go there again if this is the way it will be made from now on. It was so much better made the way theyused to make it. Bad move Arbys Read more
I couldn?t believe it but my sandwich was stone cold and my bread was burnt. It was quite a wait to get it and I understand... that. Just not the quality. So sad but I will never be back. Read more
The new Big Kahuna sandwich is really great!! But I had to have them remake it because they didn?t follow directions.
Got the cajun fish with onion rings n a milk shake. All was good n fresh. Matthew was the guy that took my order. Very friendly... service n he even did a table touch. Took my trash for n done so with great mannerism. I'd come back here for sure. Thanks for agreat experience yall. Read more
Man, I was not really that hungry but could eat. So I stopped in my local Arby's and ordered the brisket meal to go. Now you... talk about something looking good when I opened that box ...Thank goodness I thought about yall and had the presence of mind tosnap a pic. But that's where it went wrong....what's that, it's that a...nooooo....a HAIR! Ive the pic to prove it.Oh...nah...they gotta fix this! They did after casually acknowledging the buss. And the second try was just weak and, well noteven worth talking about. Aaand they were kinda talking a little smack about my return.
