Avoid this location if possible. Nobody can ever properly apply a simple coupon code. I have yet to ever get a 100% correct... order from this location. Nuggets but no sauce, drinks with no straw, burgers made wrong, paid the robbery fee for cheese onlyto have it missing anyway, cold fries, wilted lettuce, hard old chicken nuggets. It's on my way home from work and I keep givingit another chance hoping it will improve since the location is great for me, but I think I'm done. I give up. To make it worse,the attitudes from the staff are horrible. They are dismissive and rude. If anyone from BK is paying attention, this location isdestroying your brand. It needs a new general manager who cares and re-training for the staff desperately. Read more

I can't find a way to communicate to this restaurant's management, but I wanted to give a Shout Out to Melissa. She is awesome!... Every Single Time! She is above helpful and super friendly! At the very least, she needs recognition for how exceptional herservice and attitude are! Read more
Lobby stays closed / drivethru only; EVERY visit is a 10+ minute wait with only 3 - 4 vehicles ahead of you. I understand the... "short on help" scenario but it gets ridiculous. They really should pay better & maybe hire the kind of work ethic you see atcustomer based FAST FOODS Read more
This is literally the slowest burger king I've ever been to. I go still because it's close to my work but they ALWAYS take a... long time to even take your order. This time it took them over 5 minutes to start taking my order in drive through. And she gotsnappy with me because I said "hello?" a second time a few minutes. Read more
Place had only 2 people working! Still was faster then McDonald's.. Food was on point hot ???? and fresh. There was... understandable HELP Wanted sign on the door ????. Of course the dining area was closed due to low staff. Major props to theyoung girl working the drive thru and and the gentleman in the back cooking. Couldn't imagine the stress they were feeling. The food was okay, but the bathrooms needed some attention, didn't look like they had been cleaned in months.
