Most places "loaded" baked potatoes are an understatement, but not here! This has become a favorite spot. Some of my favorites... are the salmon, chicken salad, and baked potato soup. And, of course, the croissants. We always have amazing service. It's anice atmosphere. Update 6 mo. later: On my recent visit I tried the firecracker shrimp mac n cheese, and the pasta was watery, and refrigerator-cold. Still great service as always, but a disappointing meal from a typically superb kitchen. Read more

Copper river is always really nice. Their prices did go up like everyone else. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.... We had an appetizer and salads with out meals. Everything was great. Read more

I love going to Copper River. I'm never disappointed, and the salad with the house dressing is the best. Ribeye and some... haystack onions doesn't get much better. Definitely my favorite place to go eat. Read more

The waitress was sweet and this is in no way a reflection of her. The food was gross. The steak tasted like meaty water. You may... be reading this thinking well that’s what you get for slapping the cow on the plate. While the picture is showing what I got.Steak and shrimp (grey, bland, rubbery) and a sweet potato that I asked to be fully loaded (can clearly see it wasn’t) myboyfriend got the same thing with his steak cooked well done. Came out looking like mine. No problem they fixed it. Except itjust tasted like warm meaty water. The steak sauce didn’t help but you shouldn’t have to use steak sauce. Zero seasoning.Water is not seasoning. The best part of the meal was the house salad. This was a Thursday with zero wait time. Not surewhat’s happening in the kitchen. Disappointing Read more

Food was good! Sugary Crescents on a salad rim, um, not for me, but hubby liked them. Prime Rib awesome! Nice waitress, but the... dark windows distract me...looks like it was about to storm. Read more

Hearty meal to satisfy my Texan taste! Food: The house salad starts you off right with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, eggs and... bacon covered with the AMAZING house dressing: honey-mustard/hot bacon combination and that irresistible honey buttercroissant. The 6 oz sirloin was fine as sunshine and paired perfectly with the loaded mashed potatoes (the loaded baked potatois good also and seems to have more sour cream which is a nice counter balance to the creamy buttery cheesy goodness). Thebanana pudding was a hair lackluster - mostly whipped cream with vanilla pudding, some banana bits with a hint of some whitechocolate shavings. Service: There was quite a demand for one vivacious bar tender to care for numerous parties sitting at thebar (there was a long wait for tables). Location: Down on the main drag of Hwy 29 in Greer. All in all, GREAT steak salad andpotato meal! Read more

Love coming here, we do often. Great prime rib. Last 2 times I got the collared greens, they were too salty for me (and I love... salt!). Salads are great & fresh. I've had the salmon as well, it was wonderful! Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Read more

The service from our waitress deserves 10 stars! We underestimated the croissants, but with one bite they just melt in your... mouth. The side salad was equally as good, followed by the main course. The ambiance was rustic and comfortable. The drinks weregood!! Definitely will be back! Read more
