Slowest Culver?s service I?ve ever had. Drive through was packed so I went inside. Waited almost 30 minutes from ordering to get... my food. Burger was slightly warm with cold bacon and no mustard that I asked for. Cheese curds were cold to the touch. Why didyou make me wait so long for cold food? I would?ve rather gone to McDonald?s tonight. 0/5 for customer service and food quality.Will be telling people to avoid this location! I was not the only one upset and can say that management needs to get their teamstraightened out. Read more
Service was okay, but because my wife wasn't asked what she wanted on her burger they sent it out plain. I had ordered whatever... condiments were included in the price, because they charge extra for tomato, lettuce, cheese and whatever other extra condimentsthat are asterisked on their list. The whole butter burger concept is a bit confusing compared to other fast food restaurants.Just give me a nice burger for one price with everything on it, and if I want something different I will tell you. From the time we pulled up we could tell that this was a nicely maintained eating establishment. The outside was well-kept and... the inside was very warm, right, and cheerful. The workers behind the counter were eager to help and very friendly as well asquick to take care of our needs. You must try out there Frozen Custard desserts but their fried shrimp is outstanding also. Read more
This picture may be underwhelming, but the food definitely is not. Culver's is like the Chick-fil-A of burger joints - great... service, fast, and at an affordable price. Our family of 5 ate here for between $50-60, which included milkshakes after ourmeal! Culver's has GLUTEN-FREE BUNS which my celiac kids find delicious. I usually order my burger bun-less (pictured) withtoppings - so yummy! If you're looking for a quick bite to eat I recommend this place. The only reason I'm giving it 4-stars isthat we've had a couple times where the details of our gluten-free order were messed up, but we've learned to always check ourfood before we leave the check-out or drive-thru. By far the best service, cleanliness, and experience you'll have at a burger joint. But, this isn't your average burger joint!... The old school vibe you'll feel with the products is awesome! Best burger around, and leave room for the delicious deserts.Price is in line with your name brand places, but this place blows them out of the water. No bad review.
