Not sure what exactly happened tonight at this store specifically. The service was horrible, i placed an order as usual. Same... store i always order from, never had a problem with my food nor delivery. Not has ever had an issue getting to the address. Sotonight, i order online approximately 2052. Immediately received a call from the store, saying, that there would be a 2 hourswait. I didnt have a problem with that. I said so over the phone. No response, there was pure silence, as if i didnt say the 2hours was okay. So, i say, Hello? The 2 hours is fine, I'll wait, she says okay. So 2249, comes around, i get a call fromdominoes. I answer, yes maam, headed to the door. Shes says, Im at the church, how far are you from the church. Im puzzledbecause no one has ever had a problem getting to the house before. While trying to explain and answer questions. Im not sure ifthe lady ended the call, or actually loss service. With her not answering the call, obviously she ended the call. so i call therestaurant took, like 20-30 minutes to get through and get an anwer. Guy says yes sir, she came to the address and she didntanswer. I said she didnt come to the address, i answered the call. She said something about a church. He says yes sir, youmustve put in the wrong address. I say how, i order from this store often and no one has had a problem getting here. He juststicks to wrong address and me not answering the phone. I say what about my money, he responds, yes sir, we had to cancel yourorder and you will be refunded in 24hrs. So not only do i not have my food, i dont have my money, and everything is closing.Worst service whoever worked tonight on this date of November 10th of 2022. They need their hours cut, so this can be avoided.Yes very disappointed upset and hungry loyal customer. This is absolutely ridiculous. Read more
We frequent this location a good bit. It?s always finished In a timely manor. I was cutting them slack today because it is... Halloween night so I had time to kill and had to wait which was fine. We went trick or treating and didn?t get to eat for 1.5hours after we bought it. So we were starving and excited for pizza. The breadsticks. We love the garlic bread sticks. Todaythey were so small. Like fit between my thumb and index finger and I have small hands. I hope to be able to attach a picture .Hate this for them. If you can?t make them the size they should be don?t make them. Read more
Everytime I get pizza from here it's always a let down. The pizza itself tastes okay i guess, but it looks like it was made to... be thrown in the trash. Do yourself a favor and just get Pappa John's instead. The dessert is always good though. Edit: This isfor the location in Greer SC otherwise I think Domino's is fine. Read more
I would rather set myself on fire and slide down a slide of razor blades into a pool of gasoline and lemon juice than to have to... eat here again. We ordered a basic pepperoni with cheese and garlic Parmesan base pizza. Pizza was undercooked, soggy, andtasted really off. Immediately after eating it my wife and I got sick. Never again Read more
First off let me just say this was a terrible experience with Dominos. How unprofessional and rude it was to laugh at and judge... how I ordered my food. How incredibly insulting it was to me when multiple employees not only laughed but said my order wasweird and then continued to say ?I?ll make it but I don?t want any complaints? saying that unknowingly to someone with an eatingdisorder. Those words and actions are harmful, you may not eat the same way someone else does but keep it to yourself! I don?tcare how funny or weird you think it is. Read more

Very disappointed. I waited over an hour for my pizza just for it to be delivered to the incorrect address. I called and was on... hold for so long I decided to drive to the store and by the time I arrived I was still on hold. I showed up and explained whathappened and the guy running the store said "That was 50minutes ago we are not redoing the order" but I arrived around 10pm thestore closes at 1am. Horrible customer service. They could have easily re made my order because they had time to fix their screwup. I told the guy to reimburse me instead since I had no choice. To top it off they almost didn't reimburse me. One startrating is too much after this experience. Read more
They didn't even know what Canadian bacon meant. The man was rude and ignorant about what was available. And the manager said... that he didn't know what the problem was. Took over an hour. Worst service, still waiting for my order. I'm located less than 5minutes from there but STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. Of course my credit card was charged immediately. Read more
