I'm sitting here right now waiting on my food, listening to the manager here on shift, i assume the gm talking about how much he... hates one of his employees. I'm really disgusted by this snotty, holier than thou behavior. I hope this manager finds a jobwhere he doesn't feel the need to talk down about people that work for him like that. We ordered pasta in a bread bowl, the pasta was great the bread bowl was cook on one side, uncooked on the other and still... doughy in the middle. Delivery person was very friendly would give him 5 stars for service!! Read more
This place use to be good. Now you can't get anyone to wait on you. Pretty much have to order on the app, or they won't pay... you any attention. Waited at the counter, only customer in the place, for over 10 minutes ... couldn't even get them to take myorder. Saved myself some $$ , went to Food Lion, and got a frozen pizza and enjoyed. Won't bother going back to this Dominos. Read more
2424 Hudson Rd is where this one is located . Stay away ! Ordered on line and it estimated a 27 minute wait. . Went to pick... up and the pizza wasn?t even started. . They had no idea how long it would be. , maybe an hour. ? Do 1 hour and 27 minutes for 2pizzas ! I went to Little Caesar?s around the corner. , 15 minutes and the pizza was fantastic ! Read more
Horrible experience yet again. I didn't even go in until I tracked my order and it said it was ready. I went in and the screen... in Lobby also said it was ready. It wasn't but beyond that the boy working the check got rude with me. I didn't even get to askwhy it said it was ready but it wasn't before he put both his hands up and said Ma'am Ma'am it not ready in a hateful tone. Itold him not to get an attitude with me because I had not gotten one with him. I can understand if you are busy or short staffedbut there was at least 5 ot 6 employees there at the time. The pizza's were beautiful, delicious and delivered fast on a holiday weekend.
So the pizza was basically a soup made of cheese. Sounds delicious but that?s not what you expect in a pizza. The guy sectioned... it wrong and didn?t cook it enough so it was a little raw on some places. It also tasted bad. Read more
Ordered a pizza on the website at 7pm, at 8:15pm the order was still showing "preparing".. called the store multiple times and... held for 10+ mins and then was 'disconnected' ALL three times. Went to the website to try to find help and it just says tocontact the local store. I wanted to cancel the order. The pizza arrived 2 hours after placing it. At this point we hadalready eaten. On more than one occasion pizza hut has called me and said they are short handed and on a delay and gave me theoption to cancel or wait. Dominos you are stuck. I will never order from here again.
