Unfortunately this was a bad idea to go the day after Thanksgiving. I will say the bagel I had was very tasty. I ended up... getting more because of this; however, when I asked for Bacon the girl didn't tell me they only have turkey bacon. I like turkeybacon but when I got my order, it looks like the turkey bacon just came out the pack so the young lady remade my sandwich butforgot the egg but that wasn't too big of a deal. The biggest issue was the fact that they didn't have any carbonation in thesoda or creamer for coffee and quickly ran out of coffee. Oh yeah and the ice machine was broken. As a business owner myself, Ialways say have a backup plan. Whether the grocery store or food warehouse. Have options on standby to avoid losing customers.It was a bit of a drive for us to get to based on recommendation. We may return in the future but this was not a good first timeexperience ????. I love this place! The entire staff is super friendly and it keeps me coming back. My favorite is sausage, egg and cheese on a... bagel - best breakfast sandwich in town! I have only one hang-up with Greenfield’s and it’s a big one. Another customer toldme that if you tip the workers using your credit card that the workers don’t actually get the money. I hope this isn’t truebut if I found out it was, I would take my business elsewhere! Read more

I swear the cashier was a special one. She kept insisting I order and pay for my order first. Why can't you bag up what bagels I... decide on and then ring me up for what I chose? Now I just paid for bagels that you didn't have enough of. Plus I got chargedhalf dozen prices when I purchased 2 dozen, but broke them up in half dozen per flavor. Now onto the breakfast sandwich. We eat here often, we love the bagels and we each have our favorite flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint... is the website. We had a number of points and a discount code that are suddenly unavailable. I've sent an email asking about itand gotten no response. Read more

First time here. Came w a friend who has been to Greenfield's before but the Greenville location. Due to short staffing the wait... time was understandable but it seem that they bounced around the orders so people who ordered way before us were still waitingwhile others who came after us were getting their orders. My friend ended up getting the wrong order. I feel with betterstaffing and leadership this location could be like its sister location in Greenville. Bagels were really good though. Read more

Absolutely love this place! First time visiting and it's definitely my new go to bagel stop. I had the Turkey Gobbler which... included turkey provolone lettuce tomato red onion and this beautiful eye rolling concoction called cranberry mayo. (I coulddrink this stuff) Typically it comes on a cranberry orange bagel but I not being an orange fan decided on the blueberry brownbagel and it paired so well. It comes with a side and pickle spear with kalamata olives. The entire meal was so full of its owndistinct flavor that went perfectly together.
