The pizza and delivery since they remodeled has been outstanding! We get delivery in 25 min and the pizza is still too hot to... eat. We love the new lite crust option. Good job y?all! Read more

Placed an order, noticed it was getting late..wife called and was informed that the girl that answered "had to cancel like 6... orders" ...when asked if they were intending on ever notifying us she was gifted the response "no, people usually call us whenthey don't get their order and we inform them then." ???? When asked how long it would take to get our money back, she wasinformed 4-5 business days. No pizza, no money for a week, and not even the courtesy of informing us of such. Been a loyalcustomer for years despite issues at times, but this takes the cake. Do yourself a favor and order Jets. Read more

Ordered online here twice in the last several weeks. It was very good. Under new ownership recently, I believe, and the customer... service was great, the order was perfect. I ran in to pick up. They were very busy with orders, and I overheard them make suremy extra sauce was there for us. Thanks for a perfect order, on time, friendly service and good pizzas. We will be back. CAMEBACK TONIGHT: Sept 2. We tried the LITE dough pizza....very good! Topping portions were good.....I ordered extra mushrooms andthe pizza was delicious. We ordered the special with cheesy bread and that was really good too! Read more

I love the convenient location of this Marco's, and their pizza is top tier! If you're on the app, there's pretty much always... coupons available which is nice. My orders also are always ready within 10 minutes. I love Marco's! Read more

I can't tell if the location is even open anymore. Honestly never been disappointed with the pizza very good at a reasonable... price. Recently I haven't been able to order despite the store being "open". At the point of giving up plenty of other pizzajoints near here that are worth it. Read more

I ordered a pizza bowl online to take home and try out. Got one with both types of pepperoni, sausage and bacon. Unfortunately,... it doesn't look like the pics on their website. I really would have preferred the pepperoni on top because baked pepperoni isjust awesome. It ended up being mostly sausage and the sauce was pretty runny. The flavor was fair, but there was way to muchsausage. Oh, and I couldn't taste any bacon. Doubt I'll be back. Read more

The fresh pizza is excellent. More recently though, prices have gone up ~$1.50 for their lunch specials. The fountain drink ice... machine was out of order for over 2 months, and once that got fixed, they only had a couple drink flavors available. Used to beclose to 5 stars, but it's fallen a good bit. I?ve eaten at the Marco?s pizzeria on Augusta Rd. Several times before and the food was great, so this evening I decided to... order from the one on Batesville Rd. since I live closer to this one, I placed my order and went to the store to get my food,and everything seemed ok the young lady greeted me I paid for my pizzas and went home. After arriving home I opened my pizza andnoticed that one of my pizzas, which was supposed to have been a medium old world pepperoni only had 10 pieces of pepperoni onit, I called back to the store to inform them of my issue with this. I asked to speak with a manager and only got the assiantmanager she offered me two choices which was to remake the pizza for me or a refund, which I didn?t have a problem with, but shetold me I had to come back this evening, which I couldn?t do because I had company coming to my home to watch basketball. Iasked if she could take my name down and I come by tomorrow to correct this issue and was refused the opportunity to do so,because the young lady ( assiant manager) wouldn?t be working tomorrow, I then asked who the manager was and I was informed thatshe couldn?t give out that information and I could either come back tonight or just eat like it was. I?m not use to this kind ofcustomer service or the lack thereof. Due to the aforementioned issues, I intend to follow protocol by reaching out to the storemanager to see if this is the way Marco?s Pizza operates. As a customer I was offended by the rude mannerism and utterdisrespect; I shouldn?t be treated this way. I won?t be visiting this store again if this situation isn?t rectified!!!!!!! Read more
