Ordered a happy meal for my daughter and a basket of fries. Happy meal was a completely different thing from what I ordered and... the fries were rubbery and cold. When I pulled around and went it, I was very rudely greeted and treated like it was a bother tosimply give me the items I asked for. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but my daughter is special needs and she has a verysmall list of "safe foods". We normally love this McDonald's but after this, I don't think we will go back. Just about every time I come to this place something goes wrong. My biscuit was wrong we asked for a sausage and egg biscuit but... we received a bacon egg and cheese biscuit instead. And after having years of this type of thing happening I?m just over it.Like how simple is it to get a biscuit right. Read more

The lady at the drive thru speaker barely communicated with us during ordering. I had to keep repeating my order to ensure they... got it right because she barely gave me any feedback. We stopped by a different McDonald?s before coming here because we wantedmore.. ordered the same exact thing.. our order included a hi-c with no ice. As soon as I tasted it, I knew it was off somehow. Then I compared it to the other drink from the previous McDonald?s and It was completely watered down. If you see the pics youcan tell left drink (this McDonald?s) right drink (new cut rd McDonald?s). Also told them a large mango pineapple smoothie.. gota medium instead. Hopefully the McDonald?s up the road near lowes is better because I will take an extra few minutes to drive upthere than come here again. Read more

Unorganized chaos is what I would describe it as. They took out the dining room drink area & none of the employees act like they... want to be getting or refilling your drink. This makes it where you have to wait a whole lot longer than if you could just do ityourself. The employees that I encountered weren't rude but were not friendly at all either. They acted like they were justmiserable people trudging through their day. While there I noticed at least 2 customers bringing back food that must not havebeen correct. My food was correct but the fries were too salty and they had forgot to give me my nugget dips so I had to wait toget those as well. Also their ketchup bowl was empty so I had to wait a extra time to ask for some of that too. Read more

There are NO highchairs or booster seats. The play place is closed. No one would tell me if they were ever getting highchairs... because they haven't had them for months. Both items are listed on Google maps, but I just tried to remove highchairs. Don'ttake your kids to this McDonald's!!!! Read more

mixed emotions about this location, but look at this chicken deluxe sandwich I ordered and tell me this is right. there was a... whole tomato on one side of the sandwich and the box was filled with lettuce and mayonnaise coming out the sides. plus now theyrudely state that extra sauces are charged for as if that's not common knowledge (think: "extra sauces ARE NOT free. ANY extrasauce will be charged for!!!"). you're better off ordering from literally anywhere else at this point. Edit: I have also gottena raw burger here. So that's bout as pleasant as it sounds. Gotta give props to these guys. They?re out here breaking their backs and doing a great job. Service was fast and my food was... so fresh it caught me off guard. I don?t typically eat at McDonald?s because all the other ones are rude and serve old food, but these guys are quick, food is fresh and they got manners. 10/10 Read more

Not sure if this place is always this good but I had a great experience here tonight. The guy taking the order in the drive-thru... was nice and friendly. They were knocking out orders like a champ. The French fries were nice and hot. Read more
