The Drive thru speaker was having issues as the employee had me repeat everything and rang in one of the items completely wrong.... Then after pulling to the window we waited 20 minutes before we got our food and they never gave us our drinks and actedsurprised when we asked for them. The bread bowl and side of bread are hard as a rock and unedible, and the rest of the food,while edible enough, wasn't very good. This was our second time trying this location again and will certainly be the last. Foodis beyond overpriced for what you actually get, on top of the terrible service. Read more
I ordered lunch today. When it arrived, my food was correct but my husband?s sandwich was missing. I called the store and they... said they would credit me for the missing sandwich. So I re-ordered it. This time they sent the completely wrong sandwich. Wecalled the store again, and the manager did refund me. I understand that places are short-staffed. Mistakes happen. But thisstore can clearly not keep up with orders. It?s not fair to customers and staff at this point. Read more
I love Panera, but this is the worst I have ever been to. I order the Mediterranean with chicken and the rice was not fully... cooked the grain was so hard it tasted like chalk. I was told by the manager that they have a new grain mix and that is way itwas like that. Makes no sense why food would taste like that if it?s a new grain. It?s supposed to be a warm bowl not cold andun cooked. I DONT recommend this Panera customer service is not great. Very disappointed. Read more
Dining room was filthy! 4 employees standing in the back like they were at a party. I addressed a employee about the condition... of the store and a girl came out, grabbed a wipe, wiped the garbage area and then proceeded to wipe every table with the samewipe. Dead flys in the windows and the floors hadn?t been swept all day. My soup was cold and my sandwich had about 1/2 the meatand toppings it was suppose to have. This store is declining at a rapid pace. New management should be considered.I also have avideo of the dining area but wasn?t allowed to add to this review. Read more
