Update: When I spoke with the Manger after this happened, he offered me 2 free pizzas with my next order. I ordered tonight and... the pizza was fast, very fast, great food, and it was hot. Ty so much for taking care of your loyal customers. I gave 5stars. I'm giving 1 star for my $70 order. I've never had a problem with any of my food from here. Tonight when we got ourfood, left on our porch after we asked them to knock, we didn't even know it was there. The pizza was cold and one pizza was allmessed up, slices on top of each other, and did I mention COLD! This is ridiculous. And I gave him a big tip. No more!! Read more
My pizza was 40 mins late and warm at best. The delivery driver was very nice, possibly due to the fact that he'd already been... pre-tipped $10 for a delivery less than 2 miles away. Read more
Worst pizza ever! Fillings were only in the middle. Three to four inches from the circumstance. The dough was way undercooked in... warm oven. Pizza ovens must be around 500 degree . Terrible pizz . Read more
The worse pizza ever! Service was horrible the associate working the drive up window wanted to argue. I just wanted a Papa Johns... pizza and got something else for $40 + dollars. Ordered online at 10:30 to be ready at 12. I've not received any confirmation text or email. i called at 11:55 and after being... on hold for 5 minuets was told that their entire system has been down. This location is so trash. It?s the middle of the day and the employees aren?t allowing people to come into the store and... forcing them through the drive-through, you order pizza on the app in advance expecting to be able to come and pick it up theymake you wait in the drive-through for another 20 minutes just to tell you that they don?t have your border and try to make itsound like you didn?t play Steve order correctly, then after finally finding the order they say oh we will make it now and saysit?ll be another 20 minutes or so with no sort of sorry about the situation? if ZERO stars existed! I called and ordered my pizza, an hour later I get a call? they are at the wrong house and said they had to cancel my order bc I... am outside their delivery zone. Apparently what happened is that they have a call teller answer calls and placeing their orders.They put the wrong address, even though I spelled it out -twice- and routed me to a different store then I called. They didn?toffer to switch the order for me to the other store and rush it? Just no dinner for me with a refund, Absolutely ridiculous! Read more
