I am so mad about yesterday. I am sure I am not the only one as well. I always mobile order my Starbucks drinks and pick them up... inside on Sundays because I go to church. Yesterday I ordered it on my way there and the doors were locked. The workers weren?tletting anyone inside even though their drinks were sitting right there on the counter. Several people had to leave their drinksthere because they didn?t have time to wait in the drive thru line just to say ?I am here to pick up an order? which was alreadyready. This was rude and terrible service on Starbucks. I have never seen this happen and now can?t get a refund on the twodrinks I tried to get for my boyfriend and I. Never coming to this Starbucks again. Hopefully you tell your employees to havemore manners and let people in to pick up their mobile orders. Thank you ???? Read more

This location almost always messes up simple orders. I'll only visit here if I've got no other option. But 9 times out of 10, my... order gets messed up. There's also always a long wait here in the drive-thru and inside the store. Staff are friendly andpolite. Read more
We order from this Starbucks location via Uber Eats almost every morning. The number of times where they've completely forgotten... large parts of our order is ridiculous. I've ordered from Starbucks more than 75 times this year, but I'm considering finding adifferent restaurant. After paying delivery fees, tip, and the inconvenience, it's just ridiculous. Just was in the drive thru and the girl working the register was extremely rude, didn?t ask nor give time for my rewards to be... scanned, when it was asked all I got was sorry I already rang it up, I had this pulled up and ready to scan. Every otheremployee who has checked me out at MULTIPLE Starbucks ASK if you have a reward card to scan. She then proceeded to ignore mecompletely after I mentioned that most employees ask before cashing out or at least give time to hand my phone to them. Writing on behalf of my wife since her review wont post - Rudest Starbucks ever. Came through the drive thru because I have a 13... month old. My order was blonde espresso, but they gave me regular. And the guy at the window asked if it was made correctly. Itold him it wasn?t blonde and he offered to remake it, but the girl who made it in the first place commented saying she knew shepressed the blonde button. I can hear her plain as day. I know the huge difference between blonde and bitter espresso. I?mpaying too much money for a coffee, and I want to enjoy it. It?s not like I was rude about the remake. Anyway, it was soooosoooo sweet when they did remake it. So the person at the window offered again to remake it. Honestly, if it was bearable todrink I would have said it?s fine, but it was awful. I pulled over and came inside to get a new remake so I?m not holding up theline. Also, having to get my 13 month old out of his seat and then back into his seat. They were just completely rude about thewhole thing. Gave me glares when I walked in. I understand it?s can be frustrating doing a remake, especially twice, but if thecustomer is being friendly try to show the same respect back. People pay a butt load of money for coffee. Food was hot and tasty, my frappuccino was made wonderfully, and the guy at the drive thru was very friendly. The only drawback... of this location that I can see is that everyone seems to go at the same time so the line is always ridiculously long. Read more
