I have been to the Starbucks a few and every times I have gone I have ordered a drink and when I receive it the cup is only... filled up about 3/4 of the way! Today, as I went to order they told me it would be a moment. Totally fine with me. But then 2minutes later, a lady says im sorry but it looks like its going to be a long wait, almost as of she was hoping I?d drive off. Afew moments later a man takes my order, when i get to the window and pay my cup is about half full. I wont be back to thisstarbucks. Read more
Their coffee is ok. There is 1 barista named Taymar that makes excellent drinks every single time (it is an art and not everyone... has that ability) & I will go on the days she works. The manager was also really nice and replaced one of my drinks that tastedmore like milk. Read more
The team at Ingles Starbucks is by far the best. They are always friendly, showing a positive attitude. I?m always being greeted... with a smile. They?re always friendly toward each other, as well. I go to this Starbucks location almost daily. Last night was the worst service I've every experienced there. I thought there was... only 1 girl behind the counter and she took an order for the customer in front of me. And then I ordered my Grande Pike Coffee.Me and the other customer got into the pick up line. Well she kept taking orders, another woman, then a man, then another womanand had not made 1 drink. Then I noticed there was another employee on the floor counting lids and stuff in a cabinet. She didnot get up to help make all these drinks. I stood there and watched another woman order her drink and I had been there for about10 minutes and still no drink. I left with no Coffee and $2.62 in the hole. Get some management and workers!!!! Service and drinks were good. But while we were waiting we overheard one of the servers say these people need to wear a mask if... they want service. 1st keep your opinions to yourself. If your wearing one, why worry. It?s not a law..it?s a suggestion. Therewere 20+ not wearing them. Read more
Disappointed in the drink I got yesterday. I asked if the venti had 2 shots (I couldn?t remember but I thought there was 3)... which there is 3, so I added a shot to my drink and it was mostly milk. Barista kept pouring out my drink every time she?d addespresso because she put too much milk and the shots weren?t fitting. It did not taste good. Read more
I wanted the strawberry frappuccino because I've heard so much about it but unfortunately they were out of the puree. So the... gentleman behind the counter says what about the pineapple it's pretty good. So I ordered that. Waited for my drink and the girlbehind the counter handed it to me and I said this has a different name on it this is not what I ordered. She said we're out ofthe pineapple puree so we made you something else but it's just like it. I told her if I had known you didn't have theingredients I wouldn't have ordered anything.
