This Subway is the cleanest and nicest Subway I have ever been in. I go to school right down the road. This Subway opens at 7am... and has a drive thru. Being from DC that's unheard of. The young lady who works in the morning is amazing takes pride in herwork. That is also unheard of in the fast food industry. I have tried all the restaurants on exit 60 over priced garbage. Forthe remaining time I am in school this Subway is my only choice. Read more
Those girls are working so hard being short stuffed. It was busy and there was only 2 of them working the drive through and the... lobby. Who ever made the schedule should have been there helping those poor girls. I work in the service industry and understoodwhat they were going through and how hard they were trying but I know other people wouldn't be as kind and understanding andthey would have to deal with the backlash of those people. Subway is delicious no complaints on the food. I have ordered through the app and twice this month have been shorted items. I am... not sure if this is an issue with door dash delivery or Subway but its nice to get what you pay for. Read more
Review is on coupons. Food is always fresh and good, and the staff is fast and courteous. This location does not redeem coupons.... I recently moved to the area, and have received sheets of subway coupons in the mail. Recently went in to this location and theydo not accept coupons. Will have to search for another franchise location that does take coupons, to save money. Read more
I worked at a Subway for 2 years and would never talk to a customer the way the staff spoke to me. Older woman working the drive... through was rude. I like to pack my lunch as much as I can. But sometimes I just don't have it in me or I ran out of time. On those days I often... find myself at the Subway on highway 101 at 85. When I say those people have their act together, I mean it. It's a bunch ofyoung women who work together seamlessly. And with all the industry around that area, they are slammed at lunch everyday. Itdoesn't even look like they break a sweat. When they need assistance from a coworker, they call out and ask for a friend to comehelp. With the labor market the way it is and customer service decreasing, this place is a shining spot. It is always superclean, too. Read more
