Walked in the store and looked at the meats and other toppings. They were nasty and old looking, especially the tomatoes and... lettuce. Asked the lady behind the counter if they had fresh lettuce and tomatoes she said no. Disgusting. Walked out and wentto dominoes pizza next door. Read more

Went to subway for a good fresh sub. I started my day off bad due to my latent divorce, but ended it on a high note when I a bit... into my Meatball sandwich! The white girl with nose piercings and dark hair making my sandwich was very helpful and assisted meand my partner with audibly saying topping choices because of his visual impairment; and gave me a good recommendation on cookieflavor. The employees at this location do not practice properly hygiene when handling food. I came in and noticed both employees were... sitting outside, likely smoking, and the guy walked in shortly after I did, and walked right behind the counter and put ongloves. He didn?t even wash his hands. I?m surprised this place is even passing a health inspection. I do not recommend thislocation. Read more

I used to be a "regular" at this Subway. It has been months since I have visited due to COVID. I went in last week to order... dinner for my family. There were 2 teenaged girls working and 1 teenaged girl not in a uniform behind the counter "hanging out"with her friends it appeared. The girl was asking the employees what they wanted to eat from somewhere and left the store. Said girl did NOT have a mask on and was behind the Subway counter. As I was almost completing my order, the girl came backinto the store and BACK BEHIND the counter WITHOUT A MASK and grabbed the mayo to put on her dinner that she had just returnedwith. I then said to her "Don't you need a mask on?!" She gave me a look of attitude and said nothing. Neither did either ofthe employees. I will not be back because of this. No telling what goes on when customers are not in there! Read more

I have been going to this Subway for almost 5 years. I would go at least once or twice a week. They have had some very rude... employees, but I overlooked that because it was close, affordable and most of the time fast. Today, however, changed everything.I go in to order for 3 people one of which has a gluten free allergy. She tried to call earlier in the day to see if they hadgluten free bread. The website says that some restaurants have it and some do not. The manager Mohammed (I believe is his name)answered the phone and rudely kept saying that all subways have the Same bread. He was very hard to understand and when theconversation was completed she hung up. When I went to get the order, I asked just to make sure they did not have gluten freebread. I was then reprimanded in front of everyone in line (embarrassing to say the least). The manager (Mohammed?!?)kept sayingit was so rude that we had called and interrupted him in the middle of his busy time and he wasn?t done talking. I apologizedand said that she probably thought he was finished, and he said no that it was unacceptable and that he had gone to the back tocheck the ingredients .... he continued reprimanding me the entire time in line saying I was rude and he was very upset. I havenever been treated this poorly in all my life. I?m a manager myself, and yes, while it does get irritating to go out of your wayfor people with special needs ..... ITS YOUR JOB!!!! What happened to the customer is always right? Harassing a customer in linewhile she is on a time crunch and ordering for 3 different people is NOT acceptable! Worst service ever at any Subway I've ever been to! There's a blond older woman who I've had a few times, she has the worst... personality! Really!
