Tried to make a call in order and have called 5 times and no one would answer the phone. So I drove by on my way to pick up food... from somewhere else and there are 3 cars in the lot and I couldn?t get a soul to answer the phone. Waffle House has completelywent down hill. They play a msg when you call stating they are limiting to go orders as a courtesy to their dine in guest. Thereis literally one customer in the building, why can?t you answer the phone for a to go order? Priorities are so screwed up herebecause the staff is outside smoking. I stopped by to have breakfast before I drove 45 minutes home and was told they was only doing to go orders and I asked why and... she said bc there's only one cook and 2 waitresses in a empty restaurant. Now when does it take 2 cooks to cook for 1 person tosit and eat. Oh bc they are young and want to sit outside and smoke. Never coming back here. Payed $14 + tip for food I had toeat in my car and didn't eat bc it had hair in it and was cold no salt or butter bad experience all the way around. Last time Istop here. Never seen two cooks leave something on the grill cooking and walk away. Definitely wrong store to eat at at night. One cook and... one waitress was about work while the other two were there for social hr. Sad. Food? 4/10 Read more
The restaurant was absolutely slammed with business, but the service was extremely good and fast. The food was the best I've... had at any waffle house, especially considering how fast the service was. Everyone seemed happy to be there and were very kindto all of the patrons. However, the most impressive part of the entire afternoon, was how well the staff handled a belligerentcustomer. He came in and immediately started yelling at the cook, as if he had some vendetta towards her from a previous visit. He made everyone in the restaurant uncomfortable, but the staff de-escalated the situation pretty well. He was extremely rude,and the staff was very courteous to him. No one deserves to be treated that way by a customer, but I was very proud of yourstaff. Read more
My wife and I picked up a family memeber from the airport that had been traveling all day. We stopped at this waffle house to... eat. An employee was standing outside letting people know it was closed. Waffle House closed at 11 pm? So much for my businessgoing forward. Read more
Had the worst ham and cheese omelet EVER and I've had many over the years. Looked so bad I didn't want to eat it. Manager agreed... and we just got up and left for another one close. Read more
I have no idea what happened at this location! This place is now so dirty. The entire counter had dishes stacked on it where im... eating, crumbs from who knows when the last person was there and a waitress who Says "what you want?" When taking my order. 2other booths had dishes left on them for my entire visit , 30 minutes, and nobody put any effort into cleaning up. They weremore busy on their phones! So sad, this used to be a great location. No worries for retaliation, i wont be back!! Read more
