Today November 25 the doors was locked at 230 pm and I was told can not take orders . I pulled over to the side looking at my... phone then they took the next 3 cars in line. I?m trying to get a hold of corporate. I don?t understand why she took the next 3cars and as soon as I pulled up I was told low staff can not take any orders. Is it a racial issue. I?m not sure but also wasgiven the wrong food last week. New management needed at this location. I just wanted a chili. I went to Culver?s for muchbetter chili for 4.00 and I got it all the way with cheese onions and sour cream, I won?t be returning to Wendys I will go toCulver?s with wonderful people and fresh food. Do not recommend this place at all. If I could give a neg score, I would. I seldom to never write reviews, but I had a Door Dash... order from this location. It took so long to get the order fulfilled, the DD delivery driver changed 3 times! The first coupleof drivers could not wait for the food. When I finally received my order over an hour later, I didn't even get everything Iordered, which also was on Wendy's and not the fault of the DD driver. TERRIBLE!!! Read more
If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is disgusting there were coworkers coming in from outside and not wash... their hands they were eating while serving the food. They put food on the counters. There was no sanitary action taken andobvious cross contamination. The coworkers are very rude and one of the coworkers chased my boyfriend out of the store yellingand cussing at him for no reason. He also threatened to beat my boyfriend up. Will never go back? Went here on Sunday. The lady taking the order was soo kind and on it. It was so refreshing and she was awesome. Food was ready... almost right when I got to the window and they had a good size line. Most Wendy's such as the one on Pelham takes minimum 15minutes to get food and that's a good night. This one was the best I've gone to. That service was great. Read more
They have one lady they can count on to be there. I like their breakfast sandwiches and the seasoned potatoes. Issue is they say... they are open for business at 6:30. I can't tell you how many times I have tried to stop at 6:30 and they are not open. They dofine when people are there but that does not happen often. Read more
Normally I don't post bad reviews, but this visit to Wendy's changed my mind. The last 3 times I've been there, the drive thru... has been INCREDIBLY SLOW!!! And this time they got my order wrong, and gave me an item on my burger that I'M ALLERGIC TO! Howcan you mess up a 4 for 4???? The management needs to step up and hire more employees who actually have some intellect. Won't goback. Read more
So frustrating that they only take one order at a time through their drive through. I understand that it makes them appear... better on their order times, but it actually increases the wait time of their customers. Also makes me less understanding whenthey get my order wrong, which they did, when it's the only order they're working on. Read more
