I placed a mobile order and parked in an order ahead spot. The sign at the spot says to call and they?ll bring my order out to... me, but when I called, they told me they don?t do that and I have to come in. I have an injured hip and having to stand insideis very difficult but regardless I went in because I understand that it can get very busy and make it hard to find time to bringout orders. After I got my food, I realized there was a drink missing, all of the extra sauces I paid for weren?t there, and Iwas given cold food. I?m not one to complain or give negative reviews. Me and my family were returning from the hospital and we decided to stop and get zaxbys for everybody. Everything was fine... until we got to the window. This girl i think her name was adrianna gave us the worst attitude and made my family feel bad forthings they forgot in our order. When i tried apologizing for something that wasn?t even my fault? bc she forgot our missingitems..she started laughing and her and her friends one of them flipped us off. Wow, 20 minutes spent in the drive through and we were the 2nd car in line. Is there anything else I need to say about the poor... experience. Worst Zaxbys location ever. Why open with only one employee available. We had online orders placed yesterday for summer school... teachers. Orders were confirmed and paid for. When the office went to pick them up she was told no online orders were filled. So what are the teachers supposed to do for lunch now? They can?t leave and go somewhere else!! Such poor management, I can seewhy only 1 employee showed up for work! Ridicules!! I certainly will never go to this location again and urge any other customerto look elsewhere as well!
