All Applebee's I've dined at before this were excellent in every area. This one was the worst in every area from management,... customer service to quality of food. I will never, ever dine there again! I would not recommend anyone to dine there. Slow,inhospitable service, cold food, tough steak and reheated food. They should be ashamed. Read more
The food was very cold and hard. The cup was very dirty and the service was terrible. I would not recommend coming back.
Really great experience with family, a mini send off to our world traveler! Food was great, especially the ribs and prime rib... dipper, I think that's the name. The waitress was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend in this town. Read more

This was I first time eating at that location ,the wait time was over an hour ,and the food was poorly presented ,could enjoy my... meal. Ordered over $60 worth of food because we were visiting from out of town ?. When we got our food the ribs were dry ? my nachos... were DRY? a plate full of chips and about a spoon of meat and the ground beef was half burnt?. After being seated I received a water 20 minutes later when I had to get up and ask for someone to take my order. 25 minutes... after that I walked out because I still didn't get any service or my food. All this happening as I watch servers mingle and eatin the same row of tables I'm seated in. Not one of them ever looked at me. They were far more concerned with their phones andsocializing. It was less than 20 people in the whole building and 5 servers couldn't do their jobs. Management need to bereplaced or find new servers. Read more
