Food was HOT and fresh, which is great. The honey butter biscuits? Delicious. I liked the creamy jalapeno sauce. It's very good... and it's different from many other places I've eaten. Read more

Come on people, what are you doing up in there. The chicken tasted old they were out of coleslaw and forgot to include not only... the extra biscuits I paid for but they forgot any at all! I used to love their food and now it's just sad and disappointing Read more

Went to the Church?s Chicken, in Grenada, MS, on Saturday October 3, 2020. Upon arrival, the drive through line was backed up... pretty far. I decided to go inside and use the restroom facilities, then order food for my wife and I. Upon entering thebusiness, I noticed that there were only 2 people in line. After using the restroom facilities, I got in line to order. Thesame 2 customers were still in line. I noticed that there was a gentleman at the register taking orders, pulling orders andeven cooking some for the customers that were inside. There appeared to be at least 5-6 employees working the drive through. One of these appeared to be babysitting her son of about 5-6 years old. While no customers were allowed to sit in the diningarea he was sitting in a booth, crying out loud. She kept tending to him off and on. Which kept her from filling orders. 10minutes later, I?m still in line and the 2 customers are in front of me still. I noticed that the vehicle that was probably9-10 in line when I came in, was now getting their food , at the drive through. I started counting the vehicles gettingserviced at the drive through. When I ordered, over 15 vehicles had ordered and received their food while only two customersinside did. The inside customers were only ordering simple meals. After a total of 20 minutes I received my food. As Iexited the business I noticed 3 employees standing outside talking, of which one appeared to be the manager. I asked her ifthe drive through had priority over the inside customers because over 15 had gone through the drive through and only 3 customerswere served inside, in the same time period? She said no. Was glad to get away from this business and the crying kid insidethat was being kept by one of the employees Read more
