I had scheduled to stop here with my son for a snack and bathroom break, during our travels. It was a Saturday around noon and... all that was available was the drive tru, for lack of employee. This is sad, i know the shortage of employee is hard onbusinesses, and the ones that do work are doing all the can, but closing the restaurant bathroom, when probably 75% of yourclients use them is sad, i rather be told once inside that they are only serving at the drive, but be able to use the bathroom,then to walk up to a locked door Read more
Since when is a Tim Hortons closed? Specifically chose this on the other side of the gas station, and once parked arrived at the... door (along with other customers) only to see a sign that says "Fermé, Closed" with NO explanation!! The drive-thru was openedbut no signs indicating as such; my only clue were the cars in line (I didn't bother to check if they were refused!!) Went tothe Ontario side (Hawkesbury) and had to leave because it looked like a dump!! Read more
Only place I know that is not able to open before 6am, even though there is 7 cars waiting at 5:55 they won?t serve you before... time! Great team? no comments Read more

It was slow service but it was a good enough meal. Nice staff on the other hand, very friendly.
The sheer lack of customer support is impeccable. The employee refuses to provide a sleeve for the coffee that I literally... bought and also refuses to provide an extra cup while providing a wrong order. One can understand the rush in the work but theutmost bossy attitude that?s shown in this store after such an incident is so disgraceful. Highly recommend not to buy anythingfrom here. Read more
