I usually have a good experience here but today my burger was a little sad. I ordered the vampire Slayer and when I got it and... unwrapped it it looked like it had been squished and just overall meh looking. I realized there was no arugula on the burgerlike there was supposed to be, which would have been real nice because otherwise the burger was far too heavy. I literally feltsick after eating it all because it was just so much, probably would have been better had the arugula been put on it. Itdefinitely needed that freshness to counteract all the heavy flavors. The flavor was okay with it, it was just real overwhelmingafter a few bites. If you're going to eat fast food, this is likely the best quality you will find. Everything is real and not overly processed.... The oils taste clean. Featuring local and seasonal ingredients! Appreciate veggie and gf, Bliss options. Also the app (if youwant to go next level) does pay out in free items over time. Read more
Good food, very slow with a big dinner rush. I was glad I?d placed my order online, as someone who arrived there before me had... already been waiting 17 minutes for her order and I did receive mine before hers had come out, but I did still have to waitabout ten minutes or so. They did allow me to switch my shake from strawberry to marionberry, which was delicious. Read more
Where to start. We show up at 7:45 for dinner. The dining area is a mess but whatever. We order 2 burgers and fries. It took 45... minutes to get our food and when we do they rudely tell us the lobby is now closed. They are actually telling all people toleave. They said that they were short staffed. There were atleast 10 employees at that time just standing around talking andplaying games. Towards the beginning of our wait we heard an employee say in the kitchen "it's the 60 second rule" and laugh,that should have been the sign to just leave. The food we had to eat in the parking lot and you could tell was thrown togetherlast minute. Like all of the other customers eating their dine in meals in the parking lot, we're never going back. Was asked to walk through the drive thru because they closed the lobby early when it was 90° then was given half my order.... Called in a was told if I came in the next day I could get my chicken strips. Went in and was refused. The only reason I gavemore than 1 star was because the cheeseburgers are so good. Read more
These guys just keep getting worse and worse a every time , this was how the wrapped the crispy halibut sand , cheese burgers... were all so drenched with mustard , ketchup and sauce they were disgusting , not to mention it took almost 35 minutes to get toorder and thru the drive thru , this is fast food ? It?s like they could only handle one order at a time when you paid and wasat the window , they were just making your food , worst place again !! Sure wished there was a Sonic here in Gresham or an Inand out , they need some better burger places and fast food in Gresham , that is good food !! Sorry burgerville , guess your onthe way out !! This is the worst burgerville in oregon. I bought a $7.99 bacon cheeseburger and it was the same thicknes as the onions. And it... wasn't fresh it was packaged. I went back asking for money back and they gave one that was thinner than the 1st one. Warningdon't go here and pay $7.99 for this... photos attached. Read more
The vampire slayer burger they offered is extremely good if you are a lover of garlic! I hope they will keep it on the menu,... however I assume it's one of their seasonal specials... I will just keep going back while it's on the menu will be mychoice. This location is always clean and timely with service. Read more
