Never open, food sucks. Keep going back to give them another chance, but it gets worse. Their food is not it. Rice is hard &... chicken has bones, you ask for extra and they make a face at you. This store is very poorly run and managed. They run out of food product not even half way through their day, and they are... constantly and randomly ?closed? even when their hours say they are open. Today a sign read simply ?we will be opening late,sorry? with zero indication of how late or what time? How is this acceptable now? Read more
Do not go to this location! I love Chipotle but this location is BAD! My husband and I ordered salad bowls for pick up, and they... were the worst looking "salads" I've ever seen! My 4 year old toddler could have done better. Plus they forgot the dressing andtoppings. Fair warning! Read more
Ordered through doordash from the chipotle on Burnside in Gresham and both my husband and I got the burrito bowls but the food... in the container was only half full. The bowl had very little in it as you can see by the photo. Read more
Oregon mountain views look tranquil. Chipotle is on my mind. What I love about this restaurant I am able to see my food in the... making. Lines were short and servers had a mask and gloves approximately on. The only hiccup was parking area was full. Read more
Great location right off Burnside in a shopping center with plenty of parking. A little bit of a line when first coming inside... but they had great staff working very hard while keeping a smile on and accurate orders. I had a brisket burrito ???? which wasfantastic plus I always enjoy their tortilla chips and Con Queso dip!!! Read more
After waiting in excess of 20 minutes in line (Line was not long, I was the 4th person back), the person handling food had an... open mesh mask (doing not any good). The counter was filthy. There was food spilled all over the place, ingredients were allmixed together. Then they run out of cheese and did nothing, no apology or discount offer. They were also out of salad dressing,not bothering to tell people after they already paid for their order. No signage of out of stock ingredients. Ordered a Catering order for 85 people on 9/14/22. Received confirmation. Was told on 9/23/22 that the order would be ready for... the scheduled date if 9/24/22 at 11:45am. Got text saying order was almost on the way at 11am on 9/24/22. At 11:30am got textsaying the order was cancelled. Tried to call and got voicemail saying closed. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I do plenty of eventplanning and have NEVER had this happen. AWFUL. Read more
