Great service Tasty ice cream. Maybe I got the diabetes? My fault though. Everything was fantastic!
Slow service. A/C has been out for over a week. Employees don?t seem to wash hands. Online orders had to wait 10-15 minutes to... pay. The owner of this place needs to help their employees and serve the customers better. Why pay more for ice cream that ismelted and requires 30 min wait? Read more

Please for the love of God and the safety of your workers get some temporary solution here for AC for your workers. It is... currently 94° outside and it is hotter inside than outside, easily over 100°. This is not safe for them to work in. It ruinsthe ice cream and the only reason I'm giving you one star is because of this. Your workers are not safe. And when they are Iwill happily change this review. I would like to make sure it's clear. The workers are wonderful and sweet and I had no issueswith them. Service was prompt and flavor was fine. I'm genuinely impressed by their ability to maintain their cool and befriendly in spite of the heat as I would be murderous. Read more
These girls were working their butts off and did a phenomenal job of keeping the service A+ with wonderful smiles AND the temp... in there was 90+ degrees? the ac was broken? is was miserable but they didn?t skip a beat with wonderful service. Thank yougirls! Read more
I usually love coming but tonight it was super busy and right when we got up to the counter to pay the debit machine was broke... and they were only accepting cash so they held onto our ice cream and we went to find a bank needless to say after this my icecream was really melted and the whole situation was frustrating but things happen so maybe it was just a bad night for them. Ithink next time I will go on a week day so it isn't as busy and hopefully it will be better... Read more
Two out of two time my on-line order was messed up. First they neglected to include the waffle bowl. Second they gave me two... pints instead of two quarts and they also forgot the waffle bowl again. I tried calling several times with no success so Idrove up and demanded my money back. It's a shame they can't follow simple instructions. Read more
